KYOGRE......
i say this for these reasons, firstly Kyogre's speacial attack stat is thru the roof, ok ok i hear you say that about groudons attack, and rayquaza's attack and speacial attack, however kyogre has a move pool which really does exploit this stat,
for example thunder is an absolute blinding move, with kyogre's drissle this move is 100% accurate, " im not sure on this but i think that also negates double team and accuracy lowering moves , somoen please correct me if they know to the contrary"
also kyogre's only weakness's are of the speacial type, which is usefull as he happens to have a phenomenally high speacial defense. where as groudon only has a good defense " yet the majority of his weakness's are in fact speacial" groudon also lacks as good a speacial attack/type combo to fully exploit his speacial abillity " drought" with drought solarbeam fires on first turn, and eruption " any fire move" is more powerfull.
Yet he is a pure ground type :( so if you wish to make him into a physical hitter you are limted to iron tail, brick break, hyper beam etc.
rayquaza i dislike again for his speacial abillity, "airlock" he has such a brilliant move pool, blizzard, thunder etc, yet one must be content with its 70% accuracy, say for example you had a kyogre and a rayquaza on ur team you coudlnt use kyogre's drizzle to make raqyquazas's thunder 100%
also i do not like pokemon which have equal attack stats, i prefer to boost one and lower the other so that i do not have to lower a defense or speed etc.
.... kyogre rules :D .....
