GBA or SP?

I have a GBA and i'm not going to go buy a SP just because of a backlight and a diff shape. But they do the same anyway.

I'm going with both of them. They're both from Nintendo. They play the same games. They both have a light. The only difference is that the SP is a rectangle shape when its opened and a square shape when its closed. And the GBA is always a rectangle shape. They're almost the same!

I agree in some ways, but it's good that GBA SP has a light up screen and a recharger!!! It looks better too and is smaller and easier to store!!!

I think they're about the same, I have a GBA and it's all scratched and all that, and the flip screen on the GBAsp makes the screen less scatched, but if your parents hide the GBA it's easyeir to find.

If you have to Gameboy Advances you can find where your parents hide it by using a Wireless Adapter. Mine's never been naked though!!!

because it plays all gameboy games from first generation to advance and if it gets stepped on its less likely to be damaged and dust cant form on the screen with it closed so its less likely to be scratched

My Gba has a few scrtaches on the screen, its really annoying sometimes. I guess that is also good about the SP, lis closes no scrathes for the screen

My GBA has some scratches on its screen as well. As for my GBA SP, it is safe from scratches because as I usually keep it folded when it is not in use.

i weigh 164 and have stepped on my sp but the lid was closed so no damage was done to it if i had the gba it would have messed up the screen

What are you nitwits TALKING about? EVERYONE knows that SP is better. Here are some reasons; it has a bigger screen, better looks, better desgins, cool shape. easier to hold and light up in the dark!!!!!!!!!! SP is DEFINETLY better!!!!!!!!

according to the manual that came with pokemon emerald, you cannot link a advance/sp to a DS :(, this sounds a bit sucky sucky to me :(

you can play games with one hand, at least I can (unless you are trying to get the mach bike up Sky Pillar)

I already have a scratch in my GBA because I dont have a case for it, but my SP is scratch free!
