I have already caught Zapdos and moltres, they were easy. But Atricuno my god! I used 43 ultra balls and its HP was in the red and it still broke free of the ball! If anyone has any advice or sugestions please tell me

try using poison or sleep on it or confusion. i used the masterball on it.

i'm trying to save my master ball for mewtwo.

do the same thing with mewtwo using poison or sleep.but do not use a high lvl pokemon against as he will be beat.save just before you go to get him.i got him on 2-3 trys

If you have your game saved in front of Articuno, simply have a strong Pok'emon weaken it to red level health and continuously throw your Ultra balls at it. Eventually you will catch it.

make it sleep, do NOT poison you can paralyze but this doesnt work as good, fight it to orange health, throw a normal pokeball if this doesnt catch it the baricade of greatballs you throw next should =)

use 50 because after 50 it will automatically be caught because it always works for me

Some people don't like to cheat everything out of the game.

It took my 52 ultra pokeballs! That didnt catch it. I used 1 Normal pokeball and that caught it! Fluke

if you think thats bad just to catch a meowth i used 20 regular pokeballs and put it to sleep a dozen times and meowth was in the red before i tried to catch it :eek:

I've used 35 Great Balls on an Oddish and it was frozen and it still didn't work

Took me 30 Safari Balls to catch a Scyther. Then i caught Moltres with 1 Ultra Ball. Heh heh. Should have been the other way round

Scyther tends to be harder to catch. Not than Moltres of course, but in general.

i got zapdos to red and used 61 regular pokeballs before struggle made it faint :( i saved the game before i went in so i just restarted the game
and i need to know where to get the amulet coin :confused:

Just when you through the ultra ball hold down select+B, then when the ball closes holed down A. That works for me.

That code is uncertified. Maybe you were lucky to catch whatever it was that you used that cheat for. I have personally tested that cheat a few times!

yep i tried both of your methods and found that they dont work out of 88 ultra balls i have used 55 to catch all 3 and i was at level 65

as HRBEK said it is all down to luck " or in this sence a random integer"

every pokemon has some kind of % of being caught at full health, poison, etc.

theoretically you could catch a rayquaza/kyogre etc with a pokeball at full health, although i wouldn't bother trying lol

to get to sky pillar fly to pacifidlog town, surf right and keep heading in a northernly direction, soon you will find the enterance to the sky pillar, make sure you bring ur mach bike with you as you will need it to reach the summut of the sky pillar.

It may take a while to catch Rayquaza. Once I used more than 80 Ultra Balls, 50 Pok'eballs, etc. That is the truth. It really could take ages.

good god lol, i wouldn't have the patience to spend that long, not to mention the money :O :O and then ti find out at the end of it all its the wrong nature,crappy stats..... no no lol, pokemon maker for me it tinkels!

BTW HRBEK, pertaining to emerald have you managed to work out if you can battle ur aprentice when he/she has finished asking you for info?
im on my second aprentice now but my 1st seems to have just buggered off and left me too it lol
