Computers VS. Consoles

Im intersted in seeing what people prefer out of Consoles or Computers.

Personally i prefer Computers because...

*They have the internet.
*Without them thered be no consoles anyway.
*There easier to upgrade.
*They dont make Console games that are too good for the stock Console (ill explain if somone dosent understand).
*They have better graphics.
*They have instant messaging.
*They have email.
*They have forums.
*They have photo editing programs.
*The games are cheaper.
*They have have printers and word processing.
*There easier to destroy the world with.

I'm not sure what your referrng to in that last comment, but overall, consoles are cheaper. For a good, reliable PC you will need to be not short of a quid.

I've only played the PS1 game of War Games. The movie sounds crap, but the game itself was good. :P

Anyway, I kinda prefer PCs, because you can get a great online gaming experience, on par with X-Box Live, for free...There's that, and I just prefer PCs in general really...

Haha, damn you! Yeah, well, even if I do get tons of lag online, still fun...But it's the most fun when I'm in a broadband server and lagging everyone else. :P I get kicked out most of the time, but sometimes I get lucky...Lol.

Well I vote consoles... lol yes I like to be diffrent.
Reason 1. This PC is slow, no sound or graphics card
Reason 2. I have another PC and I only play CFS3 and Worms on it coz I suck at PC games.... to many buttons lol

I'm going with consoles. Theres more of them than computers. You've got the PS2,GCN,GBA,GBA SP,X-box,and the DS. <Thats only most of them. Anyway,computer games suck! <No offence.

Depends on what games you tried to play. You have to set some of them up right. Although, some older games just won't have it and don't play online at all...I only really play FPS online, and they all work fine online, it's just that I get tons of lag...

@FEL - Where you say computer games suck, you do realise that many computer games actually inspired some great console games of today...And computer games rule! You can't argue with Half-Life or Half-Life 2, The Sims 2, Call Of Duty (the console version of it sucked), Unreal Tournament 2004 and loads of other awesome games...

i never play online on games, coz the connection fails all the time, and the quality of gameplay is poor.
