I am new here and I don't know if this is the right place to post this, if not just tell me and I will know for next time.
I have completed 96% of this game and I have hit a brick wall. My problem is I don't know what I am supposed to do now or where to go next.
To fill you in on what I have done: I have accessed all the black transporter portal thingys and can transport to all the different places now. I have "went back" through the game several times now and got things I couldn't before after I acquired each new ability. I have covered all the "open doors" on my map (except of course where I am currently at), I have thoroughly explored all the areas including going back to the original starting place and getting into that box of goodies. I have rescued all the towns people, I have defeated all the "bosses" (except of course AKU), I have found all of the dog's friends and they have blown up walls for me here and there to get to the black transporter portals. I gave the old woman the spider silk to knit something and I even checked back and she doesn't have a "!" over head yet so I can assume she isn't done yet. I have collected all the sword gems and all the pieces to the amulet, so what now. I am at a loss.

super jump upgrade
had spider silk but gave it to the old woman.
there is one more open slot for another item...

Here is where I am at: I am in the 'alien' part and have gone past the 'frogger-style' car jump to get up the right building. I am in the part with the big brown over-sized alien thugs swiping at me, hillbilly crocodiles shooting me with shotguns, the airborne aku's eye cyborg thingy that shoots stars at me, and there are some more cars "parked" in the air that I have to use to jump on to get to certain places. Anyway, to be more specific right after the 'frogger-style' car jump up the building there is a save and on my map right after the save room there is a rectangle room with two more rooms above that that are the same dimensions and in a stacked formation. Off the right-side of the bottom two rooms there is a room (to get the jump upgrade) and off the left of the top two rectangles is another room. I say room because even though this is outside in the open air it looks like a room on the map. THE PROBLEM: the top rectangle of the three that are stacked I am showing four "doors" that I have yet transitioned through. Two on the top and two on each side. I CANNOT FIGURE THIS OUT. I have wasted alot of time trying to figure this out too. I have searched the internet for a walkthrough and have come up with nothing.
If someone can help me or if anyone can point me in the direction of a "Samurai Jack: The Amulet of Time" walkthrough I would be eternally grateful.
(Sorry for the length, I just wanted to be as thorough as possible so if someone has played this game were to read this they would know where I am at progess-wise AND where I am at on the map.)
