anyone know any good programs to make a forum skin using html code?

i thing dreamweaver works, but i cant remember if thats it or not..
anyone know? =)
this is the first time ive tried to make a skin and ive just finished all these little buttons for the skin

well i have tried doing the [QUOTE] thingo and even thats pretty hard for me coz i cant be stuffed.doing a forum skin...interesting.in my class(how kwl is this for yr 6) we mite be making a webpage just from HTML.OMFG!!!! :D i so wanna learn it

If u wan't to make some good sigs you could use photoshop that makes some good ones, but if u wan't to make some animated you could also use photoshop/illustrator or some programs like magic flare or anim-fx

yeah, i had to make a webpage in grade 6 using publisher =/
it was pretty horrible program to use for it
luckily i managed to pull the page down :P

I made a website in year 6 also only I used Microsoft Frontpage, it was pretty basic.

when i have to make webpages i use dreamweaver and sometimes flash

U can try the old and ****ing hard way and use Notepad ;)

Well.. there is Dreamweaver and erm.. the Microsoft Frontpage. I personally hate Frontpage so i use Dreamweaver!
