clear your cache/temporary internet files and try again

i have tried that at least once, and when i did it just a few minutes ago, it only got to 95%. this computer is really ticking me off. i wouldn't even be complaining about this if my sister would just let me on her computer 4 more than 30 minutes a day.
the only thing this computer is good 4 from what i know is email and this forum. but even 4 those it is slow.
how do you clear the cache/memory thing without having to wait for a week?

Try Runescape Classic, your pc may not be up to the requirements of Runscape 2... if that doesn't work, then your java isn't compatible with your pc, go to java, and downlaod sunjava, then when runescape loads up, select it at the prompted point. Hope that helps...

edit----the last time i tried to play it ( about a week ago ) it went right back the problem that it used 2 have. it wont retrieve the update server. im not sure if the animation prob is still there, but i bet it still is.
Is anyone going to be able to help me? And i will say it again: how do i manually clear the cache?????????

usually the path is > you to ur hardrive (C:) > Documents and settings > the go into your account > then local settings (it is a hidden folder you must click view hidden folders) > the there will be 2 folder temp and emporary internet files - go into both of em and delete wat is inside - dont delete the folders thogh. That should do it hopefully

runescape.com. And miniclip just brings you to the exact same thing, so it makes no difference. I is just faster to go straight to the website.
And clearig the cache doesnt do anything, it still gives me the same junk every time. Does anyone know how to fix this?
