consider it moved... oh and just keep racing and visiting the tune shops ect to unlock the vinals.. better of waiting for another member here (JoshC) he'll tell ya what ya need.

If you finish the game and haven't unlocked everything, go into World Map in career mode, then find any races that say UN-completed, then race them and win, untill there are no more races that say Uncompleted in world map. If you check Stats out, it will say game completion status 100%.
PS, you can get some extra Reputation from doin these races, we had about 8 races out of about 50 uncompleted ones that gave us reputation from the World Map. :)

My game says 100% completed, 100% parts unlocked, but in career mode now, there are outrun racers roaming the city still. I did a fair few of them in a new car, hoping I could easily unlock some uniques for it, but no go yet.
Are they outruns there jus so there is something to do if u ever play career mode again, or is there a purpose to them, like, unlocking different unique combos to try on different cars?

hey mate you cant get 100%unless you go online...anyhow vinyls....i think you unlock them mostly after the second level.....if you know what i mean...sorry im replying so late...
