Ok, find out what revs your car changes gears at, like, 8500 RPM in the corolla.
Because this car never gets into the 9000 RPM range, in ecu and turbo, I can drop the 9000-10000 ranges to as low as they can be dropped, thus raising other RPM ranges.
I also drop the first few RPM ranges as low as i can, so from 8000 down is maxed as much as possible. When done, you will have low RPMs zero, all the rest up to max and the last RPM range will be minimum. Don't worry what DYNO says, go and test it and you will see :D
Ok, that's for ecu/turbo, so that the most power is where the revs are.
With transmission, you want to have 1st gear as low as it can go, and then work out how fast you can go for the track you want to do, then make sure the differences in KPH/MPH are fairly even, so, i'll give an easy math example.
1st 45 KMph, 2nd 80 KMph, 3rd 115 KMph, 4th 150 KMph, 5th 185 KMph and 6th 220 KMph.
Actually, I jus saw that the lower the gear, the bigger the RPM range in the corolla, so I had to make the KMph range scaled a little, so, say for a fake eg, 45 kmh(min 1st gear), 74(+29), 106(+32), 141(+35), 179(+38), 220(+41), this balances the revs a bit better in the corolla.
So, for a track where I will only get to around 230 KMph, all the rev ranges will be even (except for 1st gear), of 35 KMph, so when you change gears, the revs will stay in the higher ranges, 6000-8000 RPM, where our most power is from the ECU/Turbo.
Also, you can adjust revs based on the lowest speeds you go for a track too, say, if yur chasing best lap times for eg.
Acceleration vs top speed should be self explainatory.
Hope this cracks some eggs :D

Umm, with ECU and Turbo, make sure you raise last range up, I was tricked by the way the numbers shift in the graph at the bottom.
