A Mirage Island Sensitive Pokémon is a Pokémon that can see Mirage Island. So that when you show it to the old man in Pacifidlog Town, he will say that he can see 'Mirage Island'. It is extremely rare to get a Pokémon like this as it requires a number of 0 in its Gender Break Stats. I explained this in another thread.
