what pokemon game should i get on GBA?

i was wondering what pokemon game i should get. i was gonna get emerald but i dont know what one is good as im not a giant fan but i enjoy the games

They're both the same, pretty much. It just depends on which Deoxys you would like, or what alternate unobtainable Pokémon you want (considering that there's always a Pokémon only obtainable to each version).

True. The only significant difference is the form of Deoxys. You get Defence Form in Leaf Green and Attack Form in Fire Red.

I would go for.... Ruby/sapphire/emerald if you never owned the original blue/red/yellow. personal preference is emerald, though I am unsure whether or not it is harder than my ruby.

if you never owned blue/red/yellow then I would go for leaf green.

actually, i did have gold but i lost it. that was fun but i couldnt read all that well then. i was sorta going for fire and stuff. my friend suggested ruby. i would get firered but its only pokemon red with some changes. leaf green? ahh no way. i heard from my friends and they say it isnt that good. i also read a review of emerald and it not that good they said. at ign that is. i would get sapphire but it got water and ice and all that stuff so i think im going with ruby.

Gold Version was made at a high time for Pok'emon. I still think that Silver was the best. Gold and Silver are pretty much the same though.....

ok well i got ruby. it aint as good as i expected. its pretty easy. i got mudkip at the start coz my frinedsed it was good. i would get torchik but he aint that good

crystal was made the sametime as gold and silver but its the only one with a battle tower in johto but the battle tower is way hard in crystal

but if your planning to try and get all your poke dex filled the best one is yellow -why? because you start with pikachu and you end up with all 3 starters in leafgreen,firered,red,and blue which are charmander,bulbasaur,and squirtle and pikachu is like the tv show that it doesnt stay in a pokeball while you are walking around with it in your group it follows you on the screen

I'd say Emerald. I have Red,Yellow,Silver,and Crystal for GBC and I have Ruby,Leafgreen,and Emerald for GBA. I have Pokemon Coloseum and Pokemon Channel for Gamecube,and I've also got Pokemon Stadium 1 and 2,Hey You, Pikachu!,and Pokemon Snap for N64. Ha! That's why I am called PKMNMaster-Matt! :D You should get Emerald because you can get both Groudon and Kyogre! You can also get Cyndiquil,Totodile,or Chikorita from Prof. Birch after you complete the Hoenn Pokedex(You do not need Jirachi and Deoxys). Hope this helps! :D

ruby is fun! i would get emerald but it would be the same adventure as ruby and sapphire. i was also wondering what you do after you defeat maxie at mount chimney and team magma coz i stuck. oh yeh and i stuck with mudkip. sHULDA got torchik, then i woulda got blaziken

everytime i got bored with snes and playstation i got rid of them then a few years would pass and i'd buy them again and mostly the same games too so now i have them and a gba and this time i'm not getting rid of them spent too much money buying them and rebuying them so its best to just put them in a box and store them
