I need help with Fire Red

Ok I need to find the ruby stone for Celio. I know I have to go to the Mt. to get it. But my question is did I miss something before this. When I talk to Celio he just says "he know I'm busy". When I go to the mount to talk to the Team Rocket guys they will not battle me they just tell me to go away.
All I thought I had left was to beat the final five. :mad:

You must defeat the elite four and have 60 pokemon before it will work. After you have 60 pokemon talk to professor Oak and he will update your pokedex to a Nationaldex. Then head back to One island and talk to Celio and he will tell you that he needs the gem. Talk to team rocket and they will battle you after which you will gain access to the cave behind them. :P

I thought there were 2 rubys?? ok its a saphire where do you get it???? im stuck on the alterning cave!! what do i do iv fainted the team rocket grunt. please what do i do im board

If you don't have the Sapphire then you must get the RAINBOW PASS off Celio after giving him the Ruby. Then you must go to 4 Island and battle the Rocket's who are up the waterfall in the Ice Cave. Then you go to 6 Island and cut down the door to the Dotted Hole.

Go in and you will find yourself in a room with a hole in the middle of it. Jump down the hole and you will find yourself in a room with a hole in each direction. Jump down the holes in this order: UP, LEFT, RIGHT and DOWN (I am pretty sure that is right). You will find yourself near the Sapphire. Try to take it and a scientist will barge in and snatch it. He will then run away.

Now to get the Sapphire you must go to the Meadows on 5 Island. Make your way to the Rocket's Warehouse and enter it. When you get in make your way to the sxientist using the confusing floor puzzle. You will eventually get to him. When you defeat him in battle, he will give you the Sapphire and then you simply have to return to 1 Island and give it to Celio.

Now you will be able to trade with the Hoenn Region.
