glitches in mario kart 64 - what have u experienced?

on the dark haunted track with the inside bit, while driving along i some how managed to get inside of that box which loads of bats are coming out! i cudnt get out...when i finally did, i was in 8th :confused:

also, on one of the mario tracks with the munching big flowers, one managed to trap me and it made a really strange noise! once again i cudnt escape and when i did, i was in 8th! :eek:

Yeah which track? Do you actually mean a track with many obstacles, because if you do, you are probably thinking of Yoshi's Valley or Toad's Turnapike.

It is easy to dodge the cars, trucks, etc. I overtake everyone because I'm not afraid to squeeze into small gaps in cars to get ahead.

i like toads turnapike level. with or against traffic, its not to hard 4 me. the only thing i dont like is when u get hit by 1 oncoming vehicle and like 4 hit u b4 u get out of the way. i like to get stars and drive right through the cars. :)

Technically I was on topic, because there is a glitch on the Royal Raceway course that makes it easier. That is the one where you turn left off that Booster thing. I could explain in more detail, but it would take too long. Basicall, you fly over the water and fall through the sand. Then Lakitu picks you up and places you close to the next lap (or Finish)......

At the start of the race, you turn around and drive into the cave and you drive through a wall corner. You are lifted back by Lakitu, and then you just drive over the line into the next lap, and repeat.

wow thats crazy its almost like the frappe snowland cheat i found on a website
you go backwards onto the bridge then once you are on the bridge you move forward off the bridge without touching the track then you continue going forward untill lakuta picks you up. then you cross the finish line and it calls it a lap and you can do it for all 3 laps

It's probably because the N64 is quite old now and so are the games, loads of N64 games have glitches in. It's happened to me loads of times.
