some people who are really dedicated to the site, and post/help ppl often are given mod-ship, if it is needed.

Hmm I suppose dedication and helpfullness..like being on quite a lot attracting members and answering any questions anyone may have.......i spammed a lot when i joined do i still..

No he is not. You can see if someone is a Moderator by looking under their username. For example under your name it will say Cheatingdome Peep.

And how should I go about becoming a Moderator for say the DS or the psp forum which are unmoderated?Do I request or what?

If you request it you'll prob never be given mod-ship. Listen, your a member less than a month and you have 20 posts. You wont be a mod, if not ever then not for a long time.
