I've gotten to level 9 but can't seem to kill the electric gromp at the end. The clue says to slow him down with water but I can't get the hose to do anything worthwhile. I've tried pushing as many of the round switches as I can in the hopes that it will somehow activate the hose, but so far I've gotten no where.
I've found NO cheats anywhere for this game, and only a few board posts. And most of them include people who are confusing this game with one where level 9 is a park or something. On Attack of the Twonkies, level 9 is like a town scene - no park. The level is called Thunderstruck.
