does anyone have an ar code for the ds/gba that allows items to be used in the battle tower either fire red or ruby also does anyone have the catch other trainers pokemon code

I have a code for that, but it might not work with your Action Replay and hence, could have effects on your game.

i looked on my action replay and it says action replay gba / max drive ds
under it it says v 1.01 i think that only the ds is max im not shure either way give me the code

I don't think you should use that code.....everytime I catch some trainer's pokemon it turns into a bad egg.

Every time I put in that code, the opponent's pokemon has 0 health and if I try to catch it or it attacks, It dies instantly. (same for If I attack it.)

Okay, if you insist. I would suggest a different code though. This is for Ruby Version. It probably won't work on your system, so be warned, but if you hold L+R before an opponent comes, he should turn into a Luvdisc.

Because if you run from the Luvdiscs, you automatically win the battle. Those codes for using items in the Battle Tower mess up your game.

That code also works in Sapphire. I don't know about US systems though.
