i still play it its a classic the only reason i m asking is because my friend never played it before and i let him borrow it and he wants to get rid of fly on mew (used the glitch hahaha) where is the one in silver version

Oh, go to Vermillion City. I think a guy in one of the houses will delete HM moves for you.

Yeah that might even be in Yellow Version. You should only give HM moves to a Pok'emon when you intend to keep the moves on the Pok'emon. Otherwise they are a hassle to delete. You can use Pok'emon Stadium to delete them.

And with Stadium you go to Professor Oak's Lab and you can then simply teach a new move to the Pok'emon, replacing its unwanted HM move!
