It was called Dolly...
I think if they fully master cloning they should only use it in the case of liver transplants and the like..

I think its dangerous. How do they clone. Mad scientists muahahaha!

They take cells from the organism to be cloned (to make an exacty replica and place them in the egg. This way, only one parent will exist. When there are two parents, the baby inherits an equal number of chromosomes from each parent. If there is only one parent, the baby will be exactly the same as the parent.

Oh, thats... strange

Not really. Let's hope that this clone stays alive for a long time without issues. If it does, the whole idea of cloning will revolutionise. We will live in a world of HRBEKs soon, lol.

Thanks,

Exactly, basically they're stamping the DNA in one of teh cells, and then matching the other cell to it... complicated ****e...

you dont have to read this if you dont want to XP (i just woke up, prolly in a bad mood)

Interesting, yet, if you didnt know, cloning has been going on for many years (Stem Cell Research, etc.), its illegal to clone people and some animals in most aspects (you need a grant from the goverment your under). But a dog is a great feat for cloning. About time? People have been trying to clone dogs for years, they`ve done probably most other mammal species out there. It just takes years of time, its not like you can just one day wake up and decide to clone your pet mouse. It takes extensive research, etc.

Also, to clear the air, its like Mixed Breeding, yet making an identicle copy instead of making a completely different species.

Cloning is a very touchy topic, it can go religous, but as the age scale of the forums runs low, i doubt it will extend to that. (not to offend anyone)

but yeah, hoorah, congrats to Southern Korea. I just think its a waste of time, who wants to clone themselves, and if its anything, the goverments will try to make the perfect soldier for war, and all hell will break loose. The UN is right about banning human cloning in all aspects of countries.

sorry for rambling off topic, i just dont think cloning is a good idea, i would LOVE to expirement in mixed breeding, but not cloning. Definitly not cloning.

Is there someone who can clone people?

Its possible, and i`m sure there are people who study it, and probably will be possible to do it.

There is a scientist who claims to have cloned a human.

Thanks,

Or a crazy lier...lol..

But they can clone human for a good thing..
Liike if a person's lung is damaged and he needs a new one..or something..
I dunno..i heard they somehow clone it and make a clean cersion as in its healthy...

Thats a bad thing, 1st of all how will they know which clone is which?
2nd they can clone the enemy as well.. i mean the enemie can clone as well..

what im saying is that they clone some parts of there unworking/damaged organs since its rare to find one that matches the sise..

He is a deceptive character. Only a small minority believe him.

I think HRBEK is right. Anyway, cloning people sounds like something from a movie or something.

(i like too say something)

Why the heck would people clone people anyway..that does not help anything..

People are trying to clone some parts of organs to keep them alive..its like a medicine..

Some hostile countries could do it to boost their army numbers...
