Just because that border looks nice on some things, doesn't mean you should keep using it over and over. It isn't even correctly implemented onto it. It's a decent background, though. The text and font still need a lot of work.

yup, im knew. so don't critisize me becuase im not telling anybody to actually believe me, but would another way to put it be "the border is to smoothe and reflective, and anyway, the whole back ground isn't really -techno- like theme.
