I haven't been on for a while because I think my comp. has a virus. It won't start up...... but luckily, I can still use my laptop(which I'm on at the moment), so it's okay.

Windows won't load? OUCH...that sounds bad...can't even do System Restore if Windows won't load... *shakes head*

you're going to have to wipe your hard drive and reinstall windows.....

that happened to me three years ago.....
So I came back from school after having done my aptitude test to see how smart I am, and the exact same thing happened to me.....
anyhoo 2 weeks later I had to get my comp formatted and lost all stuff( 1.5 gigs of stuff)

well the simple thing would be to format the comp lol. YOu probably got your boot file corrupted n stuff, u cn fix it if u still hav your windows XP cd.

Hopfuly that should fix it but if not then you might have to go down the more complicated route of formatting the HD under the shell system using the disk. I have only ever done that once but with windows 98
