Only animation program I know (and use) is Adobe ImageReady. I got it with Photoshop 7...

i once used flash and made a prety good thingy.. no idea how to save stuff from there though =(

imageready should do.. havent used it before..

same here altho I know how to use it lol ;) Well at least I did, not done anything in IR for ages!

Theres also Flash MX, Windows Movie Maker (mostly a slideshow..), ImageReady (yeah i know), Fliping Paper..or Flip-O-Rama?..

There might be more...but what we each use for sigs is ImageReady...(for animating i mean..)
