Man this 8th grade is really not as easy as I expected.....

lol why do you have to go to school to do those things? and as far as your geography teacher... i'd suggest just trying to make it through as best as you can. i was there once and TRUST me, things only get harder as you keep going. eventually you'll see that it wasn't so bad, so just try to make the best of it.

I'm hoping to go into TAFE next year anyway and if I don't, then I'm getting a job. Anyways, my civics teacher is now known as psycho by all of my friends. She was the only one who made us do work while we were taking our state tests. All of my other teachers let us sit with our friends and watch movies/talk. It was MUCH more fun that taking notes for a whole bell.

And then yesterday, there was a fight at my school. Brett & Naim got into a fight in the hallway that the Sea Lions & Dolphins share. Wish I woulda seen it. But Bailey says there's gonna be a gang war between the gang Bailey & Brett are in and the one Naim's in. I'm kinda scared now... Especially for Bailey since she has to be there. =/

Lucky. =/ I have a high school field trip thing (which is optional; don't know if I'm going yet) to tour/ask questions about high school, then I get to go to Busch Gardens with my school, then I have my Spanish (and possibly Earth Science & Algebra I finals) final, and then school's done with on June 13th. Wow... I have an eventful last three weeks of school.

Oh and on the plus side, next year... I get like weeks of half days! It's so epic! =) But I go back on June 2nd and get out on June 18th (but I get half days that whole week. :P).

Yeah... my school's principal is insane. She told my science teacher to tell us that we couldn't keep the days left countdown up. I was liek "WTF?! IS SHE INSANE!? I'VE BEEN COUNTING DOWN DAYS SINCE SEPTEMBER 14TH!" My friend was like "Don't ask if she's insane. She IS insane." Basically, my school went from Some Place Cool To Hang to A Prison For 11-14 Year Olds. I can't wait until September 2nd and I feel REALLY bad for all of the rising 6th, 7th, and 8th graders. [Audra's Notes: She's really insane. All of the rising students have to deal with her for another year. Except for the current 8th graders. We're all moving up to either Bayside High or PA High.]

Speaking of high school, most of the 8th grade gets to miss 45+ minutes of our day. We're either going to Bayside or PA for the 9th grade orientation. Lucky me! ^_^ And for my extra special pwnsome team (Dolphins!), all of our classes are cut, so we're only in each class for 30 min. Yay! Only 30 minutes with the crazy, insane, PMSing Civics teacher! And 45+ minutes away from the insane, power hungry principal! :D

Today was the first day of school. Basic first day stuff like getting my schedule and everything.

Schedule:
Honors English IV - First impression: Teacher seemed nice. she seemed like she could identify with students and speak on our level. It was sorta wierd though as she was sorta old (like in her fifties, I guess) but whatever. Gave a couple of assignments for us to do. These three kids named Chris, Cody, and Bill are in my class, and they're pretty cool.

Computer Apps II - First impression: I only took this to get an easy A and another computer class. Hopefully I can switch to another computer class, like Networking II with Linux. Teacher seemed nice, but the class will probably be REALLY boring. There were people I know in the class but they aren't people that I really talk to all that much.

Advanced Functions and Modeling (12th grade math) - First impression: Teacher seemed nice but sorta out of it. she frequently lost her train of thought and forgot where she was and what she was talking about. Gave us a ton of work to do going by first day standards. Cody is in this class.

Honors eCommerce I - First impression: I've had this same teacher from this class every year through high school. She hates us, and we hate her. (In a friendly sorta way. It's weird.) Anyway, there's no textbook in this class and it's gonna be based off the internet. We'll be coding websites and stuff in html, and since it's an internet-based class we have to continue our classwork at home. also we have to email the teacher our assignments to turn them in, and we have to turn in a week's worth of assignments by every sunday. Chris, Cody, and another kid (Can't remember his name but he's pretty cool too. [August 27- His name is Eric. :p]) are in the class, and apparently we'll be doing a lot of group work so that shouldn't be too bad.

Today's Lunch: Meatballs and Rice with jello fruit, chocolate milk, and a chocolate chip cookie.

& best of all, I went to this little camp thing at my school for the rising freshman. Best 3 days evar. :) I know a lot of people in the school now. xD & everyone there's so nice & all. xD Plus, I know my way around my entire school, so I know where all my classes are for the most part. :3 I know I have like... 3 upstairs & 3 downstairs. xD

The only thing I don't like is having to memorize 3 different bus numbers. ;~; I have one for the morning, one for when I get out at 12:19pm on my A days, and one for when I get out at 2:14pm on my B days. >_> But I'll get used to it eventually. xD

Im a pissed off like a mutha...you kno the rest.heres my damn story it was at the end of the school day and you kno i was wit my freinds and i was like ill see yall lata and head for the bus....lil did i kno that the bus was all the way in the front and i started looking for it at the back of the line.When i saw my bus number i was here it go and then all the doors shuted at once and i was like "oh shiet"....my damn bus pull of in front of me so i run after it and the bus got faster and and faster until so i gave up and just started walking which fortunetly for me a friend of mines was walking on his way to the car and so he was like......damn yo bus left you man....he was a car rider and his mom was waiting on him so yea i was like supa lucky but to make things even better somehow in some unexplained i see tat girl walkin to her brother so yea i talk to her say hey and ask how was she doin and then i had to go because my friends mom ask me where i lived and if i didnt reply hell she prob would of left me to.......but yea anyway lemme explain wat happened

1.School is over with and im wit the dudes jus hanging and around and i left them to find my bus

2.When i find my bus it pulls off in front of me and i take off running for it.

3.It leaves me and somehow i end up near my friend and that girl i like

4.I ask for a ride home and he said alright and i saw tat girl so i talked to her

5.I had a like 10 second conversation with her then my friends mom asked were i lived...

6.i got in the car wave bye at her then left and was taken home

xD I actually arrive at school 20 minutes early. And I take the bus too. So both of my 1A teacher lets me and my friend walk around & stuff. It's mad fun. :3 The first week was pretty awesome, actually. I have some cool people in my classes. ^_^;; But my Biology & Geometry classes are made up of mostly sophomores, but there's still freshies like me in there. :3 Uhm... I <3 Biology, much to my surprise. xD The teacher is mad awesome. She's got a British accent too. She's super awesome. She just told me that I could finish my homework and show it to her next block. ^_^;; & she already knew that I hadn't finished my homework because the person who was running the little camp thing had made me basically admit it. xD But anyways! It was a pretty mad awesome first week. :) High school (well, mine anyway) is much more fun than middle school. :3

At least you have a lunch. My school has this intensified block schedule thing where like... you have either 3 or 4 classes per day. If you have 3 classes, you get to leave right after 3rd block. If you have 4, you have a 20 minute break which can be used for your locker or lunch or whatever you wanna do, as long as you get to your 4th block class on time. :3 & if you have a study hall on your 2nd, 3rd, or 4th blocks, you can eat lunch. I have the first lunch on B days because my study hall is 2nd block. :)

Our free blocks depend on our schedule & the avaliability of classes and the block they're in. We can only get out after 3rd block. =/ So basically, anyone in my school has the opportunity of getting out at 12:19pm, but not everyone gets it.

As for my grades. Oooh, don't even get me started. Haha, I have an A in World History/Geography I. Well, an A or a B. Most likely an A. In Spanish II, I know I have at least a B. =/ Or a really high C. Health/PE I? I have an A there too. =/ Easy A in that class. Ummm. Honors English 9, I should have an A or a B. I know I'm passing Study Hall with flying colors. ^_^ It's such an easy class. <3 I'm most likely a low B or a really high C in Geometry. [I hate math. >_>] And I should have an A or a B in Biology. xD I don't really know my grades, that's just what I think they are.

I keep almost falling asleep in Geometry though. It's such a boring class. In all of my other classes, we're always moving around and stuff, so it's never super boring. Geometry is just warm-up, then homework, then notes, then classwork. I'm so happy I get the 20 minute break to re-energize myself before Biology.

Nyaha, I got busted for passing a note in Spanish class on Tuesday. The teacher said she had been watching me for 3 blocks. It's raining. =( Rained all day today in school. Went out to the bus stop and froze to death/got soaked because it was so bad. I wasn't dry till halfway through English. >_> Study Hall gets better & better. For reals. It's so much fun.

Oh & speaking of averages, I have a 83-86 B in World History. <3 And I have a big fat 73 D in Biology. No surprise there. Haha, I haven't even gone back yet. I go back on Tuesday. And I'm there till 2:14pm every freakin' day until second semester. It's going to be dreadfully exhausting. Most of my classes are downstairs. Actually.. all of them are downstairs except for two of them. =/ And they're both on A days too. All of my B day classes are downstairs. (And I just came to this realization today. xD)

And I have a nice schedule this year too. On A days, I have Intro to Theater Arts, English 10 (because I dropped honors), Chemistry, and Intro to Food Occupations (or just Foods) for a semester. Second semester, 4th block, on A days, I get my lovely excused block. On B days, I've got Spanish 3 (Yay! My last year of it too!), Health/PE 2 (And I won't ever see this class again), Algebra 2 (because I'm so not taking Trig if I can avoid it), & World History/Geography 2.

Yeah. I like my schedule this year. My locker's gonna be upstairs in the 200 hallway, which is going to be dreadful since both of my first block classes are downstairs. But other than that, I'm excited to go back, for once. I'm just going to be crazily exhausted by the end of the first day. xD

So I've been inactive 'cause I've been busy.

My A days aren't so exahausting, but because I'm bored with nothing to do, I'll explain my classes. =]

1A, Intro to Theatre Arts: This class is amazing. =] It's such a slack class. <3 I love it. Adore it, even. My first official test is a pantomime on something. And I'll probably be one of the first to go because you know, I wanna get it over with. And it's making me more open too. 'Cause I'm normally a shy person. (Even if I don't act it online.) My teacher's mad chill though. =]

2A, English 10: This is probably the stupidest class I have ever taken. SENTENCE STRUCTURE? Really? Wow. This class is so slack for me, it's not even funny anymore. I could sleep through this class and still maintain a passing grade. =] That's how slack it is. And I've even failed two book checks and I STILL have a passing grade. I think I'm gonna ask my teacher if I could take Honors English 11 next year even if I'd be supposedly be a bit behind. I'm sure I could catch up quickly. My teacher(s) are cool though. =]

3A, Chemistry: ...My teacher sucks. Epically. She doesn't teach at all. The last test I took I got a 37 E on. I have a 72 D in the class. I am extremely close to dropping her class because it's that bad. Seriously. If I fail Chemistry, it is definitely the teacher's fault. And if I have to take science my senior year, it is her fault. And if I have 7 classes next year, it's her fault. Basically anything science related (or possibly even school related) will be totally her fault. Because it will be. But she's taking us to the Homecoming pep rally next Friday, so yeah.

4A, Intro to Food Occupations: Or foods for short. We've cooked 3 things in this class and it's almost November. I'm in this class for 3 more months. =/ We've done more sitting in class doing nothing than cooking. Honestly. But I have an A in the class, so yeah. It'll bring my GPA up, lol. But Wednesday, we're making chicken stir fry, which is gonna be awesome. =] We've already made nachos, cookies, & brownies. It's a fun class & a slack class nonetheless. The teacher kinda makes me wanna sleep.

1B, Spanish 3: This class is so easy it's not even funny. My grade keeps jumping from an A to a B, but whatever. As long as it stays above a C, I don't really care. It's easier than Spanish 2, so yeah. My teacher's a bit crazy, but she's cool, so yeah.

2B, Health/PE/Drivers Ed 10: So first semester is Drivers Ed. Second is all Health. And all year is PE. :( Groan. It's a pretty fun class though. My two best friends are in that class, so I have to love it. :) We do some pretty awesome stuff. The teacher is awesome too.

3B, Algebra 2: Easier than Geometry, I can say that much. =] Way easier than Geometry. =] My teacher's pretty awesome and the people in the class certainly know how to be funny, lol. Yeah, I like this class lots.

4B, World History/Geography 2: This is a bit harder than World 1, but meh. It's definitely easier than AP European History from what I hear. My teacher's mad chill. And she's awesome. And one of my best friends is in that class with me, so yeah. =]

And then I do lights, Drama Club, and sophomore class as extracurricular activities this year. Yay me? Not so much. I have no life anymore. At least until Dracula (our fall show) is over. :( It's gonna be a long first 9 weeks. Ughhh. But sophomore year is way easier than freshman year minus the extracurriculars. Oh. And I might be doing girls tennis this year too. If I can get a racket. Otherwise I won't be trying out. :(

So yeah, busy year this year. My school's Homecoming is next week. =] Me & my best friends are gonna have an awesome time. A really awesome time. <3 Haha, I love my friends.

But yeah, that's why I've been epically inactive. :)

EDIT: Oh & I know 5 of 6 classes for my senior year. Government, (Honors?) English 12, Spanish 5 (most likely), AP Psychology, & AP Spanish Language. I just need one more class for a full schedule & I'll be able to leave early every day (unless they give me something 4th block, in which case I will epically change my schedule to get out early EVERY DAY.) So yeah. Fun, no? I'll probably make changes to it, but still.

I have to sit out in PE for a 4 more weeks (I have mono). I've been sitting out for 2 weeks. Mono just makes you really tired, and your spleen (under your ribs) enlarge, and it pushes out from under your ribs so it's sticking out and I can see it when I look at my lung. It feels like my lung is going to explode sometimes lol. So I have to sit out other wise if it gets jarred I might rupture causing severe internal bleeding most likely followed by death. That's rare though. Plus the kids are all on drugs and do nothing but drink and fry their brains all day long. That makes PE the worst class ever.

Then on A days I have World Geography and all the kids decided to hate me because I just moved in to the city and it's my first year in public school.
Oh and Adv. Biology is torment my teacher goes WAY to fast and I'm almost failing this class. That's bad because I've wanted to work for NASA since I was 5 and I plan to. That means I have to be REAL good at science and math. Which I am, but not the stuff their teaching this year. I hope it doesn't destroy that. Science and math build on each other and if I miss anything that's a mark on my permanent record and holding my back another year. I could ramble on all day long how I hate school.

btw Felly has A and B days like my school, except we go 1A,2A,3A,4A,5B,6B,7B,8B. I didn't know of any other schools with a A, B schedule.

Lol civics. That was the stupidest subject I ever took in middle school. Won't be taking it again till senior year though, so I'm good. =] I took World History I last year, taking World History II this year, & taking VA/US History next year. (Which leaves Government for senior year. Bleh.)

Today, however, was the most stupidest day ever. First block was mildly boring. Ser & estar are the two most pointless verbs to review in a Spanish 3 class (which, btw, is my first block class on B days). Second block was alright. Played some indoor field hockey, which I drastically suck at. Third block bores me to death, but it was lulzy. =] And it was my teacher's birthday & because she's so awesome, she gave us lollipops. :) (The good kind with gum in them too.) And fourth block was just bleh. We watched some clip. I almost fell asleep like twice. Maybe more than that. I probably WOULD'VE fallen asleep had some idiot not pulled the fire alarm. (At least I'm pretty sure someone pulled it. If it was a drill, someone would've told us.) That was a complete waste of time. And then the dreadful realization came to me that tomorrow is going to suck even more. And I have to stay after for lights rehearsal tomorrow too. Bleh.

youre lucky, i have AP Government and Economics both next semester, which is going to suck. At the moment, I'm quite lucky with my classes. I have English 3, preCalculus, a study hour, studyhour/lunch, Art Fundamentals, P.E., History of Ideas (Philosophy, basically), and German 2. Next semester will suck though, because...English 3, Precalc, Economics, Studyhour/lunch, Art Fundamentals, P.E., AP Government, and German 2. I'll actually have to bring homework home. I hate my English class, supposedly it's college prep, which sucks, because i actually have to do something. I also hate subsearching/booknoting, especially because i can understand things perfectly without it, and the damn teacher makes us do it for grades all the ****ing time. I had a 95% in the class until the ass of a teacher decided to take a whole book for a grade. But, I digress.

Homecoming weekend was CRAZY. We lost our game by 3 points. We had 14 while the other team had 17. The other team somehow got a field goal. =/ Dunno how, but they did. Then the dance was crazyyy. I danced with a bunch of people including an alumni whom I knew from the gaming tournaments they hold at local libraries here.

School for me this semester is good so far... I start off with French which is kinda crappy, but then i have Band class, so ya, thats always fun. There's 10 different songs, and I drum in 3, so if not doing one of my songs, i get to sit around. It's fun. I have gym and science in the afternoon, so thats a good way to end my day :). Only bad part is sometimes i have to stay at lunch for band...:( no food, like today..

So I lost my planner next week and now I'm like... screwed over. I literally can't survive without the thing. I can't remember a thing I had to do for homework and it's just bleh. I tried writing it down on a sheet of paper, but that was an epic fail for me. I'm just gonna dish out the $5 for a new one and be happy with it. I'll have to redecorate it and all, but meh. Not like I was DONE decorating it to begin with. And I can do it in Chemistry class since I won't have anything better to do. xD

Getting my new planner tomorrow. :) I'm so happy because now I can spend my Chemistry blocks redecorating it. xD With highlighters and the sort.

And I've finished my English "make up" work. Which is essentially late work. =/ But you know. It's the same thing. So I can turn all of that nice stuff in tomorrow and be done with it. It'll bring my grade up in that class to hopefully an A. =] And that's what I need because then I only need to bring up my Chemistry, Algebra, or History grade and I'll have Honor Roll for the first nine weeks in God knows how long. =/

Oh... and my mom's making me get that silly little swine flu vaccine through my school too. =/ Like it won't stop me from getting sick regardless.

Yeah, me neither. My school quarantines people if they're sick and they go to the nurse. I mean, yeah, people are dying from it and all, but if you take care of yourself properly, you'll be fine.

Had to stay for lights today too. Biggest waste of an hour and a half in my life, but we've been told that if we have homework that we should bring it with us and get it done. I suppose it would be a good time to get my planner redecorating and all done. Especially if I'm not doing anything at all. =/

just found out that I'm taking AP Computer Programming next year, along with Microsoft Visual Basic. Sounds like fun, amirite?

and swine flu only kills the elderly, the young, and those with preexisting health problems. which is nothing different than the normal flu, it just targest the lungs more, if i am correct. i got vaccinated, with the shot. some people are apparently getting nasal injections. no thanks to that.

No school for me today either. =] I'm liking this 2 day week already. Had no school yesterday 'cause of Veteran's Day (then again, I don't think any public school system had school yesterday because of Veteran's Day, but still). No school today because of this nor'easter that's hitting us atm. Not that I have any objections, though I am kinda regretting doing my whole Algebra project last night only to not turn it in at all.

I am hoping for another day off tomorrow. Or at least some sort of delay. Kinda glad I don't have to go into rehearsal, but that means we're just gonna have to push harder since next week is show time. =] [If we even have a show. :<]

but, anyway. I had to do a project with powerpoint today in English, and turns out that using timing on powerpoint sucks major bawls, so thus i had to improv the whole thing, and tweak the timing as people were already presenting. it wouldnt work with the click when i wanted it to, and then it wouldnt work when it was supposed to be on a timer. freakin sucks. and then i bombed a math quiz. and had a ridiculously long philosophy class. and found out that i only have a week left for the stippling thats taken me 4-5 weeks to get halfway.

Alright, so my 5 day weekend was terrific. It also resulted in terrific and terrible things. (: So I'll go block by block today, I suppose. Since that may be the easiest way to do this, lol.

So before I even get to school, I'm already having a craptastic day. I get to my bus stop at 6:38am EST. So I'm like "Okay... 2 minutes before she's supposed to get here. 4 before she actually does." Ten minutes later... "Okay, where the frick is she?" Two minutes later, I'm ticked off to no end, so I call my mom. "Hey, you wanna give me a ride. It's been well over 10 minutes and she's still not here." I get a ride. It's 7am EST. Classes start in 20 minutes. Then... I see a bus go by. "...Well, I see they got picked up." I drive by my school because my mom was gonna drop me off at the IHOP next to the school. (I love going to school next to a bunch of restaurants. It's epic!) I see my bus. "That woman picked them up! SHE WAS TWENTY MINUTES LATE!" Of course, I report this and I'm late to Spanish class because I had to walk into the building and go to my locker and all of that nice stuff. ...Yeah, that was epic fail.

1B for me is Spanish 3. It was alright, I suppose. My teacher didn't really care that I was late. I guess it was because it was our first day back from that epically awesome 5 day weekend. Oh well. She issued a lot of homework, which is gonna tick me off a lot, but meh.

2B is Drivers Ed (for this week anyways). It was pretty boring. Seats were moved. I can't really object to my new seat though, haha. It's right by the door, so it'll be easier for me to get out when the bell goes off. My best friend is across the room though. And my other best friend is near her. But one of my other friends sits next to me and she's nice. (: So I can't object at all.

3B is Algebra II. Project that was due last Thursday and was technically due today wasn't due today at all. We got a grace day because of the 5 day weekend. (: So it's now due Wednesday. Which is good because now I can do the two problems I didn't do because I didn't feel like doing them. I'll do those tomorrow night though. :] Other than that, this class was epically boring as usual.

4B was History. Groan. It was boring. As usual. Well, not as boring, but still boring. The project we had that was due Wednesday is now extra credit that's due next Tuesday. That's terrific 'cause I don't really feel like doing it. And that's it for this class.

Then it was lights rehearsal. It was pretty darn epic. :] I'm co-chair by choice. It's so awesome because senior year, I'll have seniority over pretty much everyone there (except for one other sophomore who started freshman year). But I'll be chair if I get it. (Which I probably will be if I do lights next year, which I most likely will since it's a lot of fun.) Which will be fun. But anyways, it was fun today. Went to Starbucks around 6pm-ish. Got me a strawberries & creme frappachino. IT WAS $4.03 FOR A TALL. I was 3 cents short. It was fail, but they still let me have it. (:

Oh Felly, you said back on page 2 or 3(yes, I read this most of this thread o-O) that you'd like to be me for a day, here's the schedule you'd deal with.

9:30, School starts(basically, pick a subject, or if you started one yesterday, work on it some more).
10:45, Break(fifteen minutes of doing whatever you want to).
11:00, Back to class(just go back to your desk and work some more).
12:30, Lunch(an hour to eat,and then do what ever you want to(basically, it's a longer break, with food)).
1:30, Back to class.
2:45, Break.
3:00, Back to class.
3:50, End of school day(always a gigantic joy)!!!
School is Monday-Thursday, turn tests in on Friday, you can go to the bathroom anytime you want to,you have to turn in(at least) two tests a week,and you work the first three weeks of every moth and get the last one off, except for December in which you get the last two weeks off. Do you think you would enjoy that?

Back on page two, I was a 6th grader in middle school. I had just started in fact. Now I'm a sophomore in high school. (: Much better.

So I picked my classes for my junior year on Friday. I basically did get to pick everything I wanted to pick except for maths. (Because me & my best friend are trying to take classes together next year.) So I'm in English 11, Trig & Prob/Stat (both are semester classes which will equal one full credit to get me finished with my maths), Oceanography, VA/US History, Psychology I & II (which are again, both semester classes), & Tech Theatre. I might take Spanish IV if I get into a study hall just so I'm not insanely bored out of my mind in a study hall.

And I'm getting that silly swine flu shot on Thursday, sadly. But I get to miss the majority of a class block to take it, so that's the good thing, haha. (: I'm hoping they call me down during Chemistry so that I can miss the majority of that class. Because Chemistry sucks. Especially with my teacher. And I get to miss Friday because my mom won't let me go in. (: Plus, I'm missing my first two (and possibly most of third block) to get my yearly eye exam from my awesome optometrist. (: What sucks about all of this is that I'm going to have a quiz in English to make up and a test to make up in Drivers Ed (which should hopefully get my hours back for my lack of being there).

Today was a mildly boring day. Missed all of my first block class, plus the majority of my second block class. Not sure what I missed in my first block, but I missed the grammar warm-up, some kinda thing with the comma rules we've been learning (WHICH I KNOW ALREADY! WOOT! YAY FOR BEING IN CORE ENGLISH 10 AND ROCKING ITS SOCKS OFF!), and the vocab quiz. Haha, I got sent out into the hall to take it while everyone else was working on presentation stuffs. So apparently... missing one B day = MASSIVE MAKE UP WORK TIEM. Yeah, I dislike strongly. Spanish class, I just have a presentation to do, so I'm fine with that. (Besides the fact that I literally DESPISE oral presentations to no end.) Health/PE, supposedly, we have to dress out for ONE day of PE. Not like I am doing it, since I'd much rather make up my test for that class instead. Algebra II, I talked to my teacher today during the 20 minute break. She said she'd help me with anything I didn't understand & that I could still take the test tomorrow & complete some of it. And that she'd help me go over it after break. (: History... well, my teacher isn't at the school on A days, so I didn't see her today. Yesterday wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. It was a pretty slack day for the most part. I got a B or C on my presentation for Spanish, but that was because I was unprepared/nervous as heck. Then we just sang Christmas carols for the rest of the block. PE, I had epic lulz with my friends who had sat out with me. (But I didn't know we had PE. xD) Algebra, we ended up going to some boring assembly during the second half of the block & yeah. And speaking of high school, they have the most fail spirit week in the middle of the year. The most fail spirit week ever. The only one I'd actually do is the school spirit day since that's the most interesting one out there. :/ And it's also the least fail of them all. Not to mention you can get really creative with it. xD

Though I have exams starting on the 28th now. :< The effing 28th. So they now go into Febuary. So much for being out of Foods by the beginning of Febuary. >_<

I've come to the conclusion that after this 3 day weekend, I will no longer have a life till Spring Break. This is an epic fail. Epic. Fail. Though I have midterms at the end of the month that now go into the first two days of Feburary. I'm feeling pretty confident with Theatre, English, Foods I, Spanish III, & Drivers Ed. Those I'm hoping for at least Bs. Except English. I expect an A for that midterm. Any less and I'll be disappointed since I'm passing that class with flying colors. FLYING. COLORS. Algebra II and History, I'm expecting Cs or Ds in those. Possibly an E for Algebra II, but that's slightly unlikely. Chemistry will be straight up E. I hate that class so much. Not to mention my teacher doesn't teach. She says "Figures." to me when I can't answer a question. If I'm gonna get this kinda treatment for the rest of the year in this class, I'm going to my guidance counselor and complaining. :| Because I am NOT putting up with that. It's not MY fault I don't understand the material completely yet.

So it's snowing here right now. And well... I do have school on Monday as of right now. Of course, this snow isn't going all away by Monday, so if this dumb school system does send us in on Monday, they're dumb fools. Not to mention it DOES push exams forward & we take them upon our return to school.

I've already taken my 1A & 2A exams and my 1B & 2B exams. They were all easy for the most part. Long too, but I'm not stressing over it. I already know I passed my 1A & 2A exams, so that's good. I just have 4 more exams left & I'm done. :D Ever so happy to get them over with.

Anyways, I got pounded by school. And now in March & April, they wanna pound us again because we have to stay an extra 20 minutes every day. (Or in my case, every other day.) So now instead of getting out of 4th block at 2:14pm, I get out at 2:34pm. :/ Just to make up two snow days. Honestly, it's a load of bull because had they kept the schedule as it originally was and not made us make up a day from November when we missed days, then we wouldn't be in this situation right now.

I took a unit test on research today and I swear if I didn't break 100 with my 7 extra credit points, then I'mma be highly disappointed. Not like it matters; my middle school's been on a paper shortage since my 6th grade year & my high school is getting to a paper shortage. My health/PE teacher said that if they had to start cutting out sports, they'd start at middle school. (Probably because no one cares about their sports as much.)

Speaking of sports, my high school's girls varsity basketball team is going to their second state championship in a row. (: I'm hoping we win. I could go for going to the ceremony to honor them & get out of class for a day.
