how do you make a border? I have no idea how.

I'm posting for Mac, seeing as he's been banned. He has Elements 3.0, same as me. As a matter of fact, I wanna know the same answer. :D

.... have u're image open...then follow this...

1. Press CTRL+A
2. Edit ---> Stroke ---> In here u need to check a few things, first...make it 1pixel secondly select Inside and 3rdly choose a colour.
3. After all that u can hit ok and the do CTRL+D

Tada theres ya basic border complete ^^
Experiment and learn to do a few extra effects ;)
