I have heard lots of Law-suits because Microsoft rushed the shipment and did not check for bugs.. So they will crash... a lot..

Thats a god damnn lie, the law-suits are most likely by spoiled american kids who kicked it when there chubby fingers kept mashing the buttens. Also as a point of fact, mine works fine, Ive heard from about 50 people that they think the bug and hard ware problems are a scam by sony, which I can honestly put merit too, since mircosoft plan to realease there killer 360 games around the PS3 luanch.

cool. I've actually heard alot about bugs in the system, even tho i dont have one. but who knows it may be a scam. you never know
