Official Cheatingdome Forum Rules
These are all the rules that have to be followed while you are within the walls of this great site. You are expected to read, understand and follow these rules. These rules are here to ensure a pleasent forum place for every single member. You are to follow the rules of this site.
Rule #1: Create A Thread In The Right Section.
Each section has its own topic, so create threads according to these section, the descriptions can help you answer your question about where to create a specific thread.
Rule #2: Spamming is not allowed.
Spamming meaning any of the following:
- Posting two or more posts in a row in the same thread/topic.
If you make a mistake in your first post, don't double post, just edit your first post using the edit button and undo your mistake.
The only exception is if your post is so big that it reaches the limit and you have to make a second post because it doesn't fit in the first.
- Trash/Flaming
Replying to a thread with something that has nothing to do with the actual topic of that thread, most single word or single smilie posts, if you have nothing to say then please don't post to get your post count up because it will get deleted either way. posts containing flaming, shouting, demanding and ordering will be deleted without question.
- Creating meaningless threads (multiple threads, in a short amount of time)
If we see threads that don't have a purpose or are useless they will be deleted, posting multiple threads to get your point across is not the way to go. They will get deleted along with your original one.
- Creating a thread that is already around.
If you post a thread that is already there or is similar to a certain thread, it will get deleted right away, because it is pointless.
Rule #3: Posting inappropriate material is strictly forbidden.
-Posting material that contains ***ual, offensive, grotesque, horrific things is forbidden.
If anyone posts anything related to any of these mentioned examples or anything close to it, it will get deleted without question and the user will get a permanent ban or temp. ban depending on the situation and reputation of the member.
Rule #4: Respect The Cheatingdome Staff
- Respect all decisions made by a staff member
Any decision made by any of the Cheatingdome staff must be respected, a staff member being either a Moderator, Security and/or Administrator. Any second guessing, questioning, begging, or plain b|tching about a decision made by a staff member will almost directly result in a temp. ban or even perm. ban.
Rule #5: Respect fellow members
- Respect opinions of every single member.
Every member has their own opinion, and not suprisingly, a member's opinion can be different then yours. Show respect to others' opinions and it will go both ways. You can question the member's opinion, get deeper into it, but don't start flaming or blowing him/her off.
- Racism is absolutely forbidden.
Inappropriate remarks about someone's culture, country, religion, or ethnicity aiming to hurt/mock will not be tolerated. We do not allow any threads like these on the Forum, simply because it's wrong. Punishment will be dealt accordingly.
- Every member is respected and treated equally.
We are a fun and respectful group. Post count, join date, member number, reputation points, skills, and all other such measures are absolutely not important. Do not boss around other members just because you have higher reps, post counts, etc. If you observe these kind of behaviors/abuses on the forums, please report them to the Cheatingdome Staff. The same goes for reputation system abuse.
Rule #6: Signatures & Avatars
Signatures are permitted, The signature size limit is somewhere around 500x200(400x100 in most cases).
Offensive Avatars/signatures will be removed right away.
Rule #7: Forum Site Promotions, Cheat Site Promotions & Advertisments Are Not Allowed.
Creating a thread with the intent of promoting your own Forum site (or your friend's Forum site) is strictly prohibited. Also, advertisments such as "free iPods, etc." are not allowed. The staff will delete these posts on sight.
However this does not mean that you cannot post links to other sites. We do encourage our fellow members and fans to contribute links out of humour, fun, contribution to discussion, or information for those whom it may concern, but yet posting for the sake of advertising will be punished with a warning.
Should you want to advertise, please notify a Security member or Admin for approval.
Rule #8: Multiple Accounts Are Not Allowed
Creating multiple accounts for a single member is not allowed. There is no need for a member to own multiple accounts for whatever reasons one may have. This will only cost more bandwich, as well as causing confusion among members.
Rule #9: Invasion Of Privacy & Site Hacking Will Not Be Tolerated.
- Any attempts of hacking Cheatingdome.com WILL RESULT IN A PERMENANT BAN.
Do not threaten to hack our site, it will only aggravate the situation.
- Do NOT attempt to guess passwords for accounts that do NOT belong to you.
Passwords are there to protect your privacy. Do NOT attempt to use accounts that do NOT belong to you. More so, do NOT share accounts.
