Take out the tech brushes and it could be better.
Right now I give it a 6/10

I don't like it, sorry.
The colours don't work, maybe go for a bronze/copper colour scheme, to go with teh Precoursors.
Also I don't think that the (backgound) writing works too well.
I like the eye thingy tho, I've seen that before on Stryker82's FFVII sig.
5/10, too purple
