The first round of the King of the Ring has been anounced. The matches are....

Kurt Angle vs. Randy Orton
Matt Hardy vs. Booker T
Chris Beniot vs. Finlay
Mark Henry vs. Bobby Lashley

Spoiler-Expect Orton to lose, because his suspension begins officially on Wednesday, the day after the SD! tapings.

Non-Spoiler- Other than that, I really couldn't care less. I think it should have never been replaced by Bad Blood a couple of years ago, and when WWE decided to bring it back, they should have made it it's own PPV. And it should have been an inter-promotional tournament. As far as I am conserned, it's just another #1 contenders tournament.

Noh, Booker T will finally end his losing streak. But the winner will be Lashley in the end. It's good WWE is giving him a push, but isn't making him a fam favorite too fast...

Now Orton will more than likely be injured most of his suspension, seeing as his ankle was broken.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but wasnt the broken ankle just an on screen cover-up for the suspension, making it seem like the reason Otron is gone is cause he broke his ankle not that he got suspended.

Yeah, it could be that. But, it could also have been the fact that Angle was one of the people who were really mad at him backstage, so he punishd and put him in his place. Then again, if Angle broke Orton's ankle, Angle would be fined/suspended/fired...

I think WWE should use the King of the Ring to give young, new guys a push. If they do that, then Lashley will most likely win. : )
