yes it is true that Ace Combat is coming for the psp I found it on some site and it is :
The Ace Combat series will finally arrive on the PSP platform in Ace Combat X: Skies of Deception. Namco plans to provide PSP users the thrill and exciting combat that Ace Combat is known for; Skies Of Deception features exclusive maps and a storyline created specifically for PSP along with the extensive range of licensed aircraft expected from an Ace Combat game. The “Strategic AI System” varies in each of the brand new missions according to your decisions, resulting in a huge range of possibilities and hopefully almost limitless replay value
In case you get bored of only playing with (insert wii joke here) yourself, Skies of Deception will also allow up to four players to take part in an a dogfight using the PSP’s Ad Hoc Mode. Namco is hoping to provide an unparalleled aerial combat experience to the PSP by producing Ace Combat X: Skies of Deception for PSP.
More Compactly shown in bullet mode (since everyone likes bullets), Ace Combat X: Skies of Deception includes these awesome features:
* Extensive multiplayer combat for up to four players via Ad Hoc Mode – clash in head-to-head dogfights, escort your forces into enemy territory or team up for co-operative battles
* Strategic AI System” alters mission structure on every play, providing extended replayability
* Customise original aircraft with parts obtained during missions – tune flight performance or upgrade weaponry
* 15 large and varied maps, from gritty urban scenery to picturesque natural landscapes
