I can't get into these games, they look quite alright (scenery) but the combat and everything is so lame, and the quests are boring.

I hate you all who can get into these games because, well they look like fun, but I just can't :P

Hm, I have Oblivion on my 360, I usually multi-task between that and the computer when the computer gets me bored. Unfortunetly, I have played the living hell out of Oblivion, 830 or 880 acheivment points out of 1000 >_>

But nontheless, i'm waiting for my chance to buy Mehrunes Razor, the download content, that should be fun and actually keep me from playing Oblivion still :o

RPG lives are sadly usually better than real lives. I mean, in real life if you screw something up, you can always fix it (I.E saves) unlike real life as you screw something up you live with it the rest of your life and then you wake up every day going, "Man wtf"

yea, in order to actually become Champion of Cyrodill (sp?) you have to close every single oblivion gate

honestly no i never did the theives guild, i did like 3 quests in it if that... then i started doin the fighters guild then the arena then the mages guild and some other stuff...

No...Once you beat the game...you talk to the Council guy standing there in the Temple of the One with you.....As you may drool over the frozen in time "Martin" talk to him...and he will request Dragon armor made for you...

im stuck there. i cant get past the gate. the block on the left activates the lightning shooters. and the block on the right seems to do nth.

Once you walk in, look to your left, hit that switch, there it will open a door that goes...I believe downstairs in that same room you're in. Welcome to the other hall of Epochs :p

Go north...No other path...Just keep on treckin' North and there will be your button to bring down teh walls of fruitness. Now you should be able to get to the place were you need to shoot the Arrow of Extriction (Between the red orbs)

there is a tall brick where i need to use the boots of sprigheel jack to jump up.

You probably don't really need it. Just continue on with the instructions...

if you jumped on top of that thing with the Springheel Jak boots and saw a path you should be in that big room with the statue and the two red orbs. Locked door is a good thing. Pick that and go in. (Refer to guide)

EDIT--it says its for the PC but the PC and the 360 version are both the same thing, u go to the PC section and it'll sometimes give you the 360 version... it dont matter both the same game...

thats why ya make a coupel other save games as well man, thast what i did and am glad i did actually cause if i hadnt then i woulda had ta start all over cause my buddy's 360 started bein stupid and it decided to corrupt his game and mine, he had ta start all over but i didtn, all i had was the auto save...thank goodness fer the autosave...

my character is an argonian with almost all his skill's at the max i 4got what level cuz im letting my lil' bro borrow it cuz he just got a 360, i have the best armor and weapons, i've finished every mission and am leader of all guilds and i own all the houses, the 1 thing i don't like about the argonians though is the fact that it is harder 2 get people to like u because they are pretty much the scoundrels of the game, if anybody needs help with this game u can ask

haha. its in the book of tamriel artifacts. umbra. the sword made by sum witch to capture souls.
used with azura's star. it is the best weapon. lol.
its in a quest frm a daedric shrine. near the imperial palace. the water front. go south west frm there. its near the main road. the cave. the shrine is sum distance...like 30 minutes*game time* walk up the road.

If you want the direct way to get Umbra, I can tell you both ways.

You can get it by yourself without starting the Daedric Shrine quest, or you can start the Shrine and get it.

You can get it on your own by going to the ruins of Vindasel. It's near Imperial City so you wont have to look very much. Go through the ruins of Vindasel and you will find a character named Umbra at the end. Kill her and take her sword. She is tough so be warned.

Or, do it the longer way and find the shrine of Clavicus Vile and start his quest. SW of fort Virtue. Then, you basically do the same thing, go to Vindasel and kill Umbra, take her sword and go back to the shrine. Then you can choose to give Clavicus the sword, or keep it. If you like it, keep it. If not, give it to him and he gives you his helmet.

Hope you decide to take that information.

take note. there is one easy way to do it. but im not sure if it works.
does umbra attack you by herself if u take the shrine quest? if she does. good. make her do that then run/swim whatever to the imperial city. but make sure ur good in whatever armour ur in. cus she runs as fast as shadowmare sometimes.
get there then, let the guards handle her.
its gay yes. but it works. at the end. loot her b4 the guards do.

if she doesnt attack u on her own. too bad. try to get to a high spot n shoot her. preferably sumplace u can jump to.

im a redguard lvl 33, master of all guilds, beat mainquest and im gonna get the shivering isles in a week.
