View Full Version : My 1st PKMN Sprite

Well today I made my first Pokemon sprite, & I wanted to share it & see how good people thought of it.

I don't have a name for the pokemon yet but I have its type, "Fire/Steel". Its made from a Blasikan, Combustan, Absol, Cintacwil, Rabadash & Ninetales(SPELLING :confused: ). I didn't make the image transparent cause then it would be hard to see.

Without those funny transparent looking brown things coming out the back it'd look really great...

Those brown (there really black) things are the head piece & tail of absol, the fire is above the pieces so that the tail & ect. are in the flames. I zoomed in alot when editing it so try zooming in to see it better.

I see it now but it's a bit too much, I think it be perfect without it.

I couldn't really give an example but you could even make this pokemon in to a cool dark type>

That's pretty good for your first sprite... Those black things shouldn't be transparent though.

Well I tried what you said, I got rid of the head piece & just left in the fire & made another version of it, a "Ghost/Dark" type. I also made another sprite that I will attach (sorry if some images are a little blury)

Heh, Thanks:D. I made another sprite just today, & I think its just wonderful. I desided to make a grass evolution of Eevee, & it turned out great! I'll attch the image....the sprite is covered with leafs & flower petal...plus some tattoos to make it look exotic......

The sprite is made from, espion, flarion, bellblossom, chimingcho(water type), kabuto, flygon, keclyon, & a chicorita (heh....sorry for spelling again).

It's good, but save as a png instead of a gif next time.

Oh, if your talking about some bluryness on my sprite its not my fault. I can save it as a gif & it will come out fine. In my paint program I had to rotate some images to make it fit well, & for some reason when I rotate them I get a lower quality (Blurry) image. I don't think it does that anymore though. I'll save a png file anyways now....but it won't make a differance if I use my rotate tool & it blurs the image up.
