It's called a User title. It changes as your post count goes up. Junior is next, I believe.Click (http://www.cheatingdome.com/forums/showthread.php?t=16350)
You can Get custom title by becoming a moderator which is also explained in the above thread.
Don't Spam to get your title up though..:)
