But I need to know the requirements I need for Xbox Live I know I need an Ethernet cable to conect it and I am on broadband but is there anything else

Im using Ethernet, 256 will do as thats what i belive im on, works fine.

You need to go out and buy the whole box.

I'm not sure how to do it on the 360 because I transfered mine but...

If you have a regular Xbox you can go out and buy the box thats like..75 dollars for a 12 month subscription.

But thats not all, You get a headset included! :p

Once you get a subscription card (it can also be those 2 month ones you get from games like Halo 2) you can then set up your xbox live account from the menu screen. Then, transfer it over to your xbox 360 by hitting the button the corresponds to the "recover gamertag" at the XBox 360 dashboard. Enter the name, and your gamertag has been transfered.
