ok im d/ling this thing and my firewall is really slowing it down, how do i turn it off?

im running on Windows XP

control panel
secerity center
and click firewall
and turn it off

Yeah only thing is you have to put up with those annoying balloons saying "Your Computer is at risk."

for some reason my xp doesnt pick up that i have norton even tho i do
