I know for a fact that the part of the broken straps is in fact true. Nintendo has started replacing the straps by stronger one's due to players throwing them into their televisions. Clumsy? Yes, very much :P Most people hold controllers in their hands instead of throwing them into their expensive flatscreen tellies.

yeah i heard on the local news that Nintendo was recalling alot of controllers. But hey it's better than 360's with bug's that make them unplayable. this is sadly the downside of having such a play style. people are gonna get Kocky and try little tricks that involve letting go of the controller. i know I will.

things may be getting a little too real. remember that dude who beat GTA and then went out and shot two cops? this whole "let's immerse people in the game" thing may end up with people not being able to tell the diffference. just thought of that.
