I need help in the scoop called 'image on the monitor' time is running out and i dont know what to do. Any time i follow the arrow it doesnt work.

Just wait around in the security room until the timer counts down. That case will then start automatically but if there is ever a long period of time before the next case file starts use that time to stock up on items and rescue people from the mall!
