Yeah, a tiny little question... How do you make scanlines on Photoshop? I had them before, but then I lost them... Hehe, accidentally deleted them. (Put it that way 'cause that's what I did.) Thanks to whoever helps me.

Open a new thingy and make it 1x2px. Put either the top or bottom pixels black. Then go File> Add as pattern(or something very similar) and then it will be in the patterns list, just select the area and then right click>Use pattern.
I didn't do it in a while, but I think thats fairly right.

I actually just need the size... I know how to add 'em... Curse my horrible memory. And 1x2 pixels doesn't work for me...

2 by 2, or 4 by 4 pixels work best depending on the pattern you wish to create.

*shrugs* It still doesn't work... 'Tis the reason why I hate Elements. I looked on GoodTutorials, but most of the sites were deleted or had their names changed or whatever...

Yeah, Good-Tutorials pisses me off for that reason.. even if you report the link...
Scanlines.. I usually brought up a new layer or something of the like, reset the colors (hit the d key) and went into filters (can't remember what sub section thing right at the moment) and go to halftone.. then mess with the settings and press OK, and tun the blending mode to darken.. also messing about with the opacity.
But then, this could be the completely wrong thing.. i have no idea what i'm on about and it's 4:47am.
