Yep just like the title suggests. In less than 24 hours from now I should be the proud owner of an expensive peice of kit :P

either u cant afford it or there arnt enough good games on it so u go buy a 360 instead

Controller. To get a USB keyboard would cost money we don't really have :P

^lol speak for ya self, I have a USB keyboard that I use with mine... Ok its an old one but it does the job

hmm I've had the PS3 a while now and the only two things I hate are:

Lack of games and the PS3 Network for online gaming. Its not as well planned as the Xbox Live service and yes online with the PS3 is free but its not always a good thing ;)

yes, those are the two things about the ps3 that annoy me the most also. it really sucks when the network fails when im in the middle of a game! its still waaay better than having to pay $50 a year tho ;)

that 5 a month is basicly insurance to insure that the network never fails..and 5 a month is nothing..its like a quarter a day

you get under half the content on PS3 online compaired to the XBL network, microsoft has sony beat in everyway online.

Im disappointed with Sony. They produced a good console but not much games for it. Than what is the need of that console. People would like to buy Xbox360 or Wii because they have lots of games. But you can not say the same thing for Ps3. Ps2 is a big hit but not Ps3. Actually, both Xbox 360 and Wii are dominating PS3. Im really disappointed with it. :mad:

playstation network (psn) is way better than the xbox live solely because its free, you can browse the internet, and comunication is better through the wider variety of chat rooms plus more and better downloads for the ps3 and psp systems alike (eg. demos, videos, and screen shots). you can even download full games!!!

Free doesn't make it better tho. Anyway whats a few £/$ for a year anyway. Work out the price over 365 days of a year and it may as well be free.

The PSNetwork is allright, but i do prefer Xbox Live, simply because it has more options i.e... More Game Demo's, Video's, Pictures. And recently, full games. Yet the PSNetwork has a Web Browser. But the PSNetwork has a few umm... problems like... Not many Demo Downloads, the PS Store takes forever to update (As far as i know, in Europe).

Xbox Live has PSN beat in every way, everyone knows this, it doesn't take a genius. But then again, you are apparently 13, not to offend but it explains a lot, at your age you cannot be convinced and it's quite useless to try and let you see a different way.

Microsoft is far more experienced with Live then Sony is, Xbox Live is 100% secure and reliable. sure Sony keeps their internet free, they have no other choice, you really think people would actually pay for internet on the PS3, they payed ****loads for the console already, they just wanna play without even more costs. Sony knows their internet isn't as solid as Microsoft's is, so they cant charge for it, that scare even more people away from the PS3

The PS3 and the Xbox 360 both have their pros and cons at the online gaming. But ultimately, Xbox Live Absolutely pwns PSNetwork.

There is something i don't get with Mcdogit, he acts like an Xbox hater, but apparently has an Xbox 360. But i guess its to expect from a 13 year old who grew up with PSOne i guess.

i grew up with a ps1 but i quikly move to a ps2 when i got my first job and then i got mixed with a whole new system wich was xbox and the controllers felt wierd and the menu at the begining didn't have a memory card searcher and the games were unfimiliar and not that great the only game that gave me intrest was halo. i may have grown up on ps1 but i was raised by halo.
