In modern-day Japan, in a metropolis called Meishigai, many rumors spread throughout this city. Fifteen year old Shin Misato, arriving from Tokyo, transfers to Kondo Munashi high school after the deaths of his parents due to an accident. A week had past and strange events seem to revolve around Shin and his dorm mates. It was not until later that several students were found brutally murdered by unknown causes. Panic and dread filled the school afterwards.. Shortly after during a dark night, Shin and his dorm mates are confronted by shadowdy demon creatures called Phantoms -- mutated, demon ghosts of the deceased. This ambush caused Shin to encounter a near death experience, which in return caused a hidden power known as Anima to be awakened in him. After defeating the Phantoms using this power, it was later that Shin and the others discovered that the Phantoms are the real cause of the murders occuring in their school and that they were growing even stronger due to an unknown cause. Having to awaken his Anima, Shin and his dorm mates are given an important mission. Thrown from reality into a bloodshed nightmare, the students of Kondo Munashi now struggle in a desperate fight in order to prevent Meishigai turning into hell.

Bio-Shin is a 15 year old transfer student freshman who just arrived from Tokyo to Meishigai and attended Kondo Munashi high school one week ago. At first, Shin shows a cold, silent and uncaring additude, which caused many of his female classmates to develop a "crush" on him because he's so cool, and Shin ended up gaining unwanted popularity. However, often being a misunderstood person, he happens to be honest, calm and pretty straightfoward, but he is known to be a bit arrogant and naive. He enjoys being alone and not being a part of any group activity. The upperclass students and some of his classmates are annoyed by Shin's display so every now and then, Shin gets into several fights. Surprisingly, Shin seems to have no trouble defeating them. Despiting his skinny and somewhat weak appearence, Shin happens to be a strong and agile martial artist. He also trains in swordsmanship as one of his hobby. His other hobbies include listening to music. Shin's parents were both killed in an accident that occured where they used to work. At that same day, Shin suffered from an unknown case of amnesia and lost some of his memories about his parents and his childhood. Shin's real name is Tenshi Misato but changed his name to Shin, since his real name reminds him about his parents.

Bio-Yumiho is one of Shin's classmates. She's also in the same Dormitory as Shin. Yumiho is a calm, kind and talkative student but can easily overreact over simple matters. Known to be a bit of a tomboy, forcing everything to go her own way and act rebellious at times. Regardless, she is an easy person to get along with which is how she has many friends and consider popular. She's also a capable student in school, always handing her assignments in time and getting high marks on tests. Many of the male students in her classes grow affection towards her. Yumiho is fond of playing the piano, a fact that she is praised for by her friends. She is also a talented singer. Yumiho is an orphan, her father died from terminal illness when Yumiho was still a young child. She and her older sister Rei ran off to live in the city of Meishigai, who later commited suicide because of immense stress and mental depression. Yumiho has an enormous sweet tooth, loathing to eat any other food such as meat.

Bio-An energetic, wild student from Kondo Munashi high school. Like Yumiho and some others, Daisuke is in the same Dormitory as Shin. Daisuke came from a rich family, which caused him to grow into a spoiled, rude teenager not having any discipline and respect. His grades are incredibly poor because he often stays up late playing video games. He also tends to skip classes due to the fact that they're "boring". But he is a great athlete in the school. Daisuke even became the school's Boxing Champion three times in a row, with only two losses. Daisuke is a video game mania, spending the majority of his time playing video games while spending the other half shadow-boxing. He isn't every popular in school, everyone considers him as a nerd. This fact annoys Daisuke as he constantly tries to gain popularity. After knowing about Shin's strength, he treats him as a rival and often picks a fight with Shin. Shin, having the upper advantage due to speed, manages to defeat Daisuke in every spar they have. Daisuke is a big fan of spicy food, but has an odd tatse in unusual food. His favourite food is Pizza Curry, mainly since the two are the most common food Daisuke likes to eat.

Your in. I guess we can start now. The storys starts off with everyone is heading to the train which leads to Kondo Munashi High school.. It's the first day of school, so it's a week early from where the story actually begins from.

Thursday, August 3th. Morning time.
In the metropolis Meishigai, in the busy city streets..
There's a large crowd of people who are all walking down the streets sidewalk, with various cars passing by.. there's a young man dressed in a school uniform which is a clean black formal jacket with a red tie, a pair of black dress pants and black shoes. He has earphones in his ears with his hands in his pockets. Shin-*looking foward and continues to walk foward* ...

Meanwhile, at the train station. (where mostly everyone is currently at)
Intercom Voice-We're sorry. Due to mechnical difficulties, the train scheduled for Munashi has been delayed. We are sorry for any inconvience. Another young man, who's in the same student uniform, is looking around in the train station. Daisuke-*looks around then walks in random directions, ending up walking in circles and looks impatient* Agh.. I can't believe this. First day of school and the train's been delayed? Another student who's a young child is standing beside Daisuke.. ????-Well, it can't be helped, Nii-san.. things like this just happen. Daisuke-That's bullcrap, Kito. Kito(Daisuke's little brother)-And why are you getting so upset? Usually on the first day of school, you always try to skip.. -_-''

A young man with medium, light blue hair, that is covering his right eye and in the school uniform is sitting on a huge suitcase, listening to music.. Shiro-*sighs* Sucks.. Another tall, young man, with brown hair, in the same style as Shiro, only his hair is covering his left eye and he has green eyes and is wearing the school uniform is walking towards Shiro, with a young girl with light blue hair and green eyes, in a long ponytail, also wearing the school uniform, but wearing a skirt instead of the black pants.. Girl-Hey, Nii-san! *runs towards Shiro* Shiro-Huh? *looks back at the girl* Oh.. It's just you, Enoe-chan.. Enoe-*stops in front of Shiro and smoke comes out of head* What's that supposed to mean?! Shiro-*sighs* Nothing.. ????-*rubs head* I can't believe the train got delayed.. >_< Shiro-*yawns* Who cares, Izan-nii.. Ichigo: *Sighs*
Father: Don't worry son. You'll have a good time.
Ichigo: Father....I don't want to go to this school.
Father: It's a great school. I've checked everything I can about it. It would be their honor to have a smart boy like you.

Father: Don't worry about swords! You going to school to learn!

I called her this morning but she wasn't home. Daisuke-Uh, no.. I already asked my buddy that question. We don't know where she is. Hikari-Oh.. I see.. *runs her fingers through her hair, her face looks worried* I wonder where she is.. She wasn't home when I went there. Daisuke-Well.. I'm sure she's fine.

Meanwhile, in the streets..
On the ground, Shin continues to walk toward the side walks, meanwhile there's a dark brown haired girl standing on top of the edge, getting ready to jump off.. Shin-... Man-*looking up at the building, noticing the girl* What the hell?! Is there someone up there?! Man 2-Holy sh!t! He looks like he's gunna jump off! Man 3-Jesus christ! Is that person actually gunna.. Shin-*walks by the three people, along with countless of others stunned by the person on the building* Yumiho(?)-*from the building, she looks down at the ground, her eyes look lifeless and starts to pant madly* ... *suddenly smiles with tears rolling down her face* Hah.. Shin-...

Back at the train station..
Suddenly the train arrives.. Daisuke-Hey! The train's here! Kito-Huh? That.. That was fast.. o_O'' Daisuke-Hah hah! Let's get going then! *runs toward the train, going through a large crowd of students* S'cuse, pardon me.. coming through! Everyone else-*enters the train* Shin-*Shin eventually arrives at the train station with everyone already in the train, then continues to walk foward* ... Daisuke-*from inside the train, standing up and holding onto a pole looking out the window* Heh.. Shin-... *enters the train, just as the door shuts closed* ... Intercom voice-Attention, passengers. We apologise for any inconvience cause by the delay. Next stop is Kondo Munashi.. Kito-*sitting down in a two seated bus seat, looking a bit confused* Uh.. does anyone else think that the train arrived a bit early then expected? o_O'' Especially since it was "delayed".. Daisuke-Who cares, lil' bro.. Shin-*walks and stands on the opposite side of Daisuke and everyone, looking out the window and holding onto the pole from the seats* ... The train then moves slowly, building up speed.. Hikari-*sitting next to Kito's seat, thinking outloud* Yumiho.. Kito-*rubs his head* ...

I heard he's from South Korea and he moved from Seoul to Meishigai. He was also my classmate last year and damn, could he be ever annoying. Enoe-*pushes Shiro over a bit and sits down next to him and sighs* Ehh.. I don't see any of my friends yet.. *sighs* Izan-Ahh, don't worry, Enoe.. You'll find plenty of friends, it's just your first year.. ^_^ Then, a tall, skinny black young man with cornrows and is in the school uniform is walking around.. He might be that Exchange-Student from America.. I heard a rumor that Meishigai was trying to get this really awesome basketball player from there.. Daisuke-An american? Jeez.. why are we getting so many immigrants here? People should just stay in their own countries.. Kito-I think it's good having immigrants.. It's good for our population, I mean.. Let's face the facts, we're losing our population here in our country. Daisuke-Yeah? So..? Kito-... *sweatdrops* ... *to Izan* And.. Izan-senpai, isn't it a bit bizzare to have a busy city like Meishigai trying to get a great high school student basketball player here? o_O'' On top of that, he's from America? Hmm.. there must be another reason. Daisuke-*looks around* Well.. anyway.. *notices Shin* Huh? Speaking about new students.. I haven't seen that guy before either. o_O Kito-*looks at Shin* Huh? Oh.. that's Shin Misato. He moved from Tokyo to here in Meishigai. Daisuke-... Doesn't look like much of a talker.. He looks like a typical lone wolf. -_- Shin-... *noitces Daisuke looking at him, then moves his face and looks at him* ...? Kito-What? o_O What are you talking about Izan? No one said anything about a shin or even anything that could represent that noun. Daisuke-... *sighs and leans backwards, bending back and yawns* Uaagh.. ^_^ [The train continues to go faster. Everything outside the window turns into a motion blur.] Shin-... *closes his eyes* [A quiet voice whispering is heard around Shin.. suddenly a cold chill is felt within everyone.] Shin-..? Daisuke-*making a strange facial reaction, one of his eyebrow lifts up* ...eh? *looks around* ... Kito-... *crosses his arms* Agh.. Is it getting cold in here all of a sudden? I guess it's the air conditioner..

Ichigo: *Riding on the train and feels the air suddenly become cold* Geez....Thats weird. *Oens the door to the private train room and sees a train employee* Excuse me.

Ichigo: Ah well. Never mind. *Goes back into his room.*

Daisuke-*looks at Izan* I dunno.. Just got this bizzare feeling.. Suddenly the lights in the train start to flicker quickly, going off and on constantly. Daisuke-...Huh? *looks around* The train suddenly picks at a incredible speed, causing the train to rumble furiously] Daisuke-!! *crashes into the floor* Aaagh! Kito-*looks around* Agh! What's going on?! A train shouldn't go this fast! Shin-?! *opens his eyes, looking out the window to see someone falling from the top of the building* Ah..?! The person outside the window Shin's staring at appears to be a student girl with dark brown hair. Suddenly, after a momental glimpse, the student girl changes her form into a dark shady woman, staring into Shin's eyes as he is staring at hers and she simply smiles back at him. Shin-... Uh?! Woman's voice-*shrouding around Shin's ear, in an eerie weak whisper* I've been waiting for you.. Shin-*feels a sudden cold chill around his entire body, as if he's literally freezing into ice* ... Time suddenly freezes. The woman simply stares at Shin, giving him an eerie face. After a moment later, the woman vanishes due to the a quick motion blur caused by the train's fast movement. Shortly after, the train stops.. Shin-... *looks around* Huh? Outside, it was really dark. There were no lights and the sky was incredibly dark, as if it was night.
Shin-... *looks around* (It's.. it's night already?) *looks at his wrist, checking his watch which was broken* Uh.. *looks up, seeing a large clock in front of him attached to the ceiling, the hands to the clock were missing and what seems like blood has stained the clock* ... *shakes his head and seems to be ignoring the clock, so he walks away, heading to his school* ...

In front of the school gates, which was locked..
Shin-*stopping in front of the gate, staring at it with confusion* What the..? It's.. closed? *holds his head, looking incredibly puzzled and unsure* ... *walks toward the gate, thinking of an attempt to enter* ... Woman-*standing behind Shin* You shouldn't go in those gates.. Shin-!! *turns around quickly* ?! Woman-Hah hah.. *stares at Shin, revealing an eerie smile and her eyes are lifeless, filled with insanity* Aah.. once you go through those gates, you'll enter a nightmare you will never be able to get out of it. -First Day of School-

It is now 8:30 am. Thursday, August 3rd.
It's the first class of the first day. The day starts out incredibly slow and every student feels miserable and tired. The teacher is calling out the names of student assigned to this homeroom. Teacher (Takehito-sensai)-Maruyama Chihiro? An adverge, oridinary looking student simply raises his hands, staying silent. Takehito-Kwon Jang-hoon? Time flew by as the teacher called out all the names for every student in the class.. There were a total number of six absents. After the attendance, class started out slowly.. Daisuke-*has his head laying down on his desk* Zzz.. Jang-*looking up at the ceiling* ...

Daisuke-*to Klay* It's only morning class, don't expect the day to be over quickly.. Jang-*yawns out loudly* Ugh.. The classroom door opens and someone comes in.. Shin-*noitces Takehito, then walks toward him and gives him a sheet of paper* Takehito-*takes it and reads it* ... I see. Your the other transfer student.. Daisuke-... (Jeez.. why did he come so late? He was with us in the train..) Takehito-Take a seat.. Shin-*looks at the middle row of seats in the classroom and notices an empty seat* ... *walks toward the empty desk and sits down* Takehito-Back to our lesson.. *turns and faces toward the board and begins writing something* I want all of you to write this in your notebooks.. Daisuke-*yawns* Ugh.. *takes out a notebook, then rips out a piece of paper* ... Jang-*copying off the board using a dirty pen* ... Hikari-*looking at her desk, not paying attention* ... Shin-... *looks to the left, then slowly to the right* ...

It was a long day.. But, it somehow managed to slip by quickly and smoothly.
After School..
With the teacher gone, the students begin packing up, ready to head back.
Shin-... *gets out of his seat and picks up his stuff* Hikari-Ah! *accidently bumps into Shin* Shin-Ah.. *loses his balance and drops some of his things on the floor* ... I was kinda surprised that we were gunna be in the same class again. Feels like last year, doesn't it? Daisuke-Ugh.. *falls down flat on the floor covered in his own blood, passing out* Jang-D-Daisuki! *runs toward Daisuke but a sudden invisible force hits Jang and sends him flying into the classroom board* !! Ugah!! Aaah.. ssshh.. *slides down the board, losing his consciousness before he reached the floor* ..ugh.. @_@ [The sudden coldness dies off suddenly.. This also caused all the students to collaspe and pass out..]

Several hours passed by quickly. Police eventually came to the school, only to report that the deaths were caused by "accidents". Strangely enough, many of the students forgotten about the two students' deaths.

The next day..
Friday, August 4th. Morning time.
In Shin's Dormitory room.
Shin, who hasn't been involved or even heard about the incident, is on the computer.. Shin-... *raises his hair up with his left hand* There's a knock on the door.. Shin-*looks at the door* ..? (It's probably that guy from yesterday..) Female Voice-Hey! Open up! Shin-Huh? (It's a girl?) ... *gets up and walks toward the door and grabbing the knob to open it* Out the door was a beautiful female student with dark brown hair which looks close to orange. Shin-... !! *making a surprised face* Your..?! Girl-*glaring at Shin with demon eyes, walking closer to him* So, you were foolish enough to enter those gates? Shin-... *walks back* Uh.. *falls down, hitting the floor* Girl-... *bends down, having her face in front of Shin's, her breath is causing Shin to suffocate somewhat* Shin-Ugh.. *coughing and sweating due to immense fear and tension* Uh.. Jang-*walking with Daisuke and everyone, with alot of long strips of bandages around his forehead* Uh.. Jeez, my head stills hurt from yesturday.. -_-'' What happened anyway? I think I got hit by a million ton cement block!! >_< *rubs his head, feeling incredibly stressed* Daisuke-*looks like he's lost in reality, having an emotionless face* ... Jang-Son of a b!tch! (This..?) *looks everywhere around, noticing that the sky's been covered in complete darkness making it close to impossible to see anything* ... (Why is it so dark all of sudden?)

Shin-... *staring at the sky* (I guess there's going to be a large thunderstorm..) *looks at his watch again, it's still stuck on zero hours (midnight)* ... Suddenly the darkness decreases and eerie green light shines down on everyone, creating a reflected shining aura off of their skins.. Shin-..? *looks up and notices the moon, full and incredibly close to him* ..?

Shiro! *looks around up at the sky* (But, he's right.. This isn't right.. What the hell is going on? It feels like we're not in real life anymore..)

Shin-... Suddenly hands of dark sludge oozes out of the ground everywhere. There's a large group of hands trying to grab onto Shin.. Shin-?! Uh! What the?! *one of the hands grab onto his right leg, tripping Shin and causing him to fall down* Agh!

Klay-E-eh.. *looks around* What the crap?! >_< *shakes head* Screw this... Run away! T_T *runs in a random direction* Shiro-*looks around frantically* ?! *notices Shin* Hey! *runs towards him*

Shin-*lifts his head up, then looks at his right leg* Agh! *shakes his right leg in order to kick away the hand grabbing on to him, his was able to put enough strength to make the hand stagger* Ugh! The hand squirms and vibrates madly.. Shin-*quickly gets off the ground, then leaps into the air, heading towards Shiro while some of the hands try to cling onto Shin* Agh..!

Shiro-*eventually arrives in front of Shin and then notices the hands coming after Shin* ! *runs beside Shin, all though Shiro could probably run faster then that* H-hey! Shin, wasn't it?! W-what's going on?!

Suddenly a large black hole opens up behind Shiro.. And a large shadowy creature wearing a simple mask with only three holes for eyes and mouth comes out of the hole.. Shin-*notices the creature* ..?!

Shiro-*looks at Shin, noticing his expression* W-... What is it? *turns around, noticing the creature* A-agh! What the-- *steps a couple steps away from the creature (and Shin) and trips over the bat, causing it to roll forward* Oof! *crashes into the ground* Oww..

Creature-... *walks toward Shiro, slowly reaching out toward him* ... Shin-*notices the bat coming closer to him* Uh.. Creature-... *suddenly vanishes and reappears in front of Shiro in an instant* ... Shin-*notices Shiro and the creature* H-Hold on! *quickly kicks the hand grabbing onto him like eariler and shakes it off, then gets up and grabs the bat with an iron nail thrusted into it, running towards the Creature* Hyaah! Creature-..? *looks at Shin and notices him* !! Shin-*leaps foward, then slams the bat into the creature* Hyah!
