All I was trying to do was make sense of what you typed because the above sentence I've quoted doesn't make any sense to me and I'm sure I'm not the only one that is confused either...

So start over on this whole thread, he is trying to use a gif image because you want animation and I'm guessing it was disabled. If this is the case then this is something that just can't be done. The genie must have disabled it for a reason. If it is just a gif image then I would suggest just converting it to ne of the other acceptable formats.
