Incident of 9/11 9+11+2+0+0+1 = 23! There's 23 vertebrae in the human body. Humans have 46 chromosomes, 23 from each parent. It takes 23 seconds for blood to circulate through the human body. The earth spins on an axis of 23.5 degrees. Tropic of Capricorn lies 23 degrees south of the equator. Tropic of Cancer lies 23 degrees north. 23rd letter of the alphabet is W. Noticed how W has two points point downwards and three pointing up? Also, check your keyboard and look what's above W. PS2. P = 16, S = 19. 19 divided by 16 equals 1.1875, multiply that by two and you get 2.375. And then the PS3 = 16 + 19 = 35. Minus that by 3, which is 32 - 23 backwards. What's 2 divided by 3? .666666666666666666666667. There's 23 sixes on a scientific calculator.

Okay, most of that was from other people. Let's try using some of my personal information and see what the results are.

Using my first name translated in numbers and all added up, and my last name translated and added. If I substract the two summed up numbers I got from my names, I get 32 - 23 backwards.

My birthdate - December 4, December = 12. 12 minus 4 = 8. Add that to my current age. 8 + 15 = 23

On one test, I got 23 out of 25. On another test which I bombed, I got 32 out of 60. Pretty bad mark.. But wait.. 32?! Out of all possible numbers, I get stuck with 32?

In gym, I had a time record of 23.4 seconds. (I went really slow too.)

I fell asleep at 11:12. 11 plus 12.. do I even need to do the math here?!

... Holy crap! I just looked at the time and it was 7:23. 23 again?

It's the 23 enigma, where apparently everything leads to the number 23.

^^Yeah, I just recently watched the movie. It was a good movie but all I have to say is that it's strange seeing Jim Carrey in a thriller, in my honest opinion.

Now, don't get me wrong - I don't take this 23 stuff seriously, not to the extreme point of killing myself because the pressure of seeing 23 everywhere. But isn't it odd? I mean.. jeez, the number 23 is even more confusing then trying to solve the "Who Has the Fish" riddle. And the fact that 2 divided by 3 equals 0.666.. even makes it more interesting.

Yeah, I agree on the whole Jim Carrey thing. He's just not the thriller type ya know?

I think it's great that Jim Carrey's expanding his horizons - to see him in all different types of films just goes to show that he's not some two-dimensional goof (don't get me wrong though, he's ****ing hilarious in films like Ace Ventura), he's a really great actor. He's briliant in both The Truman Show or Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind imo.

I've yet to see The Number 23 but it looks pretty good to me, gotta watch it sometime...

It was actually a pretty good movie. Though to my surprise, there's been alot of negative reviews from critics about 23 and stating how bad Jim Carrey's acting was. He was even nominated the 2008 Razzie Award for Worst Actor, for his performance. To be honest, I really thought he did a good job. Sure, it's weird for him to be in a thriller.

Ah well, critics and reviewers these days are just ****ed up, you can't trust them anymore. I suppose this is because everyone has different views over certain things, the old saying "To each his own".. something like that.
