Most people will have signed up for classes by now, so what ones are you taking next year? College or high school, it doesn't matter.

Geometry
Some form of Social Studies (I forget what it was called.)

umm
I don't really remember.

I think it was:
English IV
Advanced Functions and Modeling (12th grade math)
Chemistry (11th grade class but I didn't take it this year)
Physical Science (12th grade science that I've heard is an easy class)
There were four more electives but I don't remember them. I think one might have been e-commerce 1.

Alternates:
Psycology 1 (History class in case I don't take Physical sci. Here you only have to take science OR social studies in your 12 grade year. Not both.) I don't remember the rest.

I'll find out when I get my schedule.

ARGH FEL IS TAKING JAPANESE
I wanted that class but my school doesn't have it. It's at another school.

Not surprised, there are a lot of wannabe Japs lately, these last few years ever since Anime has become mainstream in America, the sudden weird interest in Japan has skyrocketed.

Also you mean people who are still in school AND are living in the USA

i'm confused, in the UK it was simple. Everyone did English, English Lit, Maths, Science (Biology, Chemistry & Physics) P.E, R.E, P.S.E & I.T
You then choose:
1 Language i.e. German, French
1 Technology i.e. Food, Textiles, Resistant Materials
2 Subjects i.e. Geography, History, Drama

Then College/Sixth Form:
Usual were to choose 4 subjects (anything you like)
Then do 3 of them for A-Levels

Then University
Pick whatever you want to do as a degree...

You guys hav random numbers after subjects and things are broken down too much! :P

Tis a bit different now Dayle, or in my school at least.

You have all the mandatory subjects, then for your Choices, 3 Choices with 3 hour subjects and 1 choice with 1 hour subject.

Eng Lit is now an optional 1 hour course, and I.T is also optional for either 3 or 1 hour.

As for my options, I took them almost a year ago now, and they were.

Manatory Subjects - English, etc.
I.T

lol Darcy, American schools aren't that impressive. Most Americans don't even learn a second language seriously, they just choose Spanish and that's it.

It is when a whole bunch of people go to the cafeteria and eat lunch, the second of three daily meals. ;)

xDDD Nice. How hard is this class known as lunch? :P

Yah, American schools are quite weird when compared to other schools in other countries. But out of all the American schools, mine is the sh!ttiest. :P (And I'm actually quite serious.)

I'm probably only going to take it for a year, but if I do take it longer, I'd be able to take it for 3 years. (My friend says that the sensei for the class is gonna be teaching Japanese 3 next year. ^^) I'm much better at Spanish. =/ Besides, EVERYONE takes Spanish. I'd rather be different. ^_^

Actually, mine might be worse. :P We got out early today because there was a bomb threat.

But anyways, next year I have a really long morning, with back-to-back AP classes and no lunch until 6th period (out of 8).

xD My school probably gets so many threats it's not even funny. The school lost power randomly recently and the generator was fu(ked up. :P

Oh.. and I just realized something today. I might not be able to take Japanese next year. I'm moving over the summer, and I'm technically in the Bayside school district right now. When I move, I'll be in the PA (Princess Anne) school district. So I'd have to go up to the school and reregister. And there's people from like.. three different middle schools going there, so I might be stuck taking a different foreign language. ._.

Around these parts, being bilingual in both English and Spanish is a gold mine.

German, French, Japanese, Chinese, and several other languages are offered as college courses here in California.

I speak English, Spanish, and I will be finishing off French as well. I plan on also learning Japanese and possibly German.

Quite a move for an American, impressive if you can pull it off.

If you need help on any of those languages, I can help you ;) But I'm sure College is the best place to learn that anyway.

Latin I is basically easy if you just pay attention........I ddint pay attention and it was hard to me plus i got more homework in that class then all my core classes put together. Every single day Monday- Friday(yesh homework on a friday)I never did it on friday and sometimes i just took a 0 since with all the homework we get i could just pull it up real quick

I did my first year of A Level studies this year and I did Maths, Media Studies and Drama.

Although more than likely I've failed Maths, I have my last exam today for the year.

Right now, English Literature, English Language, Psychology and History...

I'm gonna drop English Lit soon though methinks, I absolutely cannot stand it. I hate the subject and my teachers hate me 'cause I kinda skipped English for a month, haha...

Occupational Work Experience

And in the Fall, I currently have these scheduled:

A total of 23 units combined.

I believe it is in the marketing sense. Probably in the form of advertising — at least I hope so...
