[Magoseong]

A strange alien life-form invades our world. Specimens that mimic the form of insects. They have no true purpose other then to host it's eggs within an living organism - including human beings. The eggs hatch into a single-celled microorganism parasite called Symbionts which then rapidly multiplies inside a host, invading parts of their body. During this stage, the host undergoes several changes, one notably is physical mutation as the host's body changes shape and size, whether they shrink or grow larger. Hosts also have an increased appetite and a constant hunger for meat, blood - protein and nutrients are needed for the symbionts' survival. The hunger is so great that hosts even end up eating their own species, becoming a vicious cannabal. Once the Symbiont matures, it invades the brain in an attempt to kill it's host and take over their body. There are certain exceptions to this where it results in the symbiont growing a mutual relationship between itself and it's host instead. This allows the host to "summon" the symbiont in it's real, physical form known as Spectre. Research shows that certain species of symbionts vary from one another and not all symbionts are the same. Some may have different abilities, different growth and even a different nature from other symbionts. Some symbionts may be that of a predator, hunting down it's food while other symbionts may have different interests other then food - such as reproduction. All symbionts are consider dangerous, however. When two hosts with symbionts encounter, they typically challenge each other in a death-match, with the defeated symbiont and it's host becoming the meal for the winner who in return gains more power.


In the urban town Kuromasu, an alien invasion occurs and the symbiont parasites invade. Eversince, mass murders have occured recently, with reports stating that all victims have been brutally killed through mutilation and dismemberment - some were even raped violently to death. Meanwhile, a group of high school students who the majority of have each been infected by these symbiont parasites. Shinwa Seong happens to be one of them. Though gaining unique, supernatural powers from their symbionts, Shin and the other infected students slowly lose their humanity and become ravaging cannibals, as they continuously hunt down each other.



This story's a bit different from my recent ones, as it's more dark and realistic in comparison to my other stories.


You can have six people maximum. However, just for the prologue, only the main character has been infected by a symbiont. Other characters can get infected later on as the story progresses.

A young disobedient delinquent student who moved with his mother and two siblings to Kuromasu city, prior to a divorce. He is bold and mischevious, often disregarding rules and being a bit unpredictable and quirky. Having to be both a foreigner and a troublemaker, many of the students from his school constantly pick fights with him. Despite being very athletic, Shin is a poor fighter, being too compassionate and hesitant about the idea of injuring someone. He runs away from fights to avoid any unnesscary violence. Shin is known for his knack of getting out of trouble - not once has he suffered from an injury in any dangerous siduation. Shin is a bit of a womanizer, often hitting on several of his female classmates even to the point of ***ually harrassing them. His appearence and attire is similar to that of a typical school thug's, often giving the misimpression indicating that he is one.

For his upcoming symbiont abilities and combat skills, Shin possesses extraoridinary powers prior to having his symbiont permanently fused with his body after taking over Shin's heart rather then his brain. He possesses supernatural strength, speed and stamina. He's able to lift something that weighs more then ten thousand times his own weight. Prior to being an agile, athletic runner, his speed is his real power, being able to move so fast that he becomes transparent and invisible, allowing him to deliver surprise attacks (Shin refers to this as Phantom Speed). All of his senses have also been enhanced, being able to hear the whispering of a person faraway clearly - his sense of smell is identical to that of a dog's and his eyesight allows him to see things that are impossible to detect with the naked eye - he's also able to zoom in his eyesight and see things from a far distance. Shin is also able to heal quickly from injury, though critical blows can still kill Shin. In addition to all this, Shin is able to shapeshift his hands into sharp objects like knives and claws, or increase the density to that of durable substances such as iron and rock. He can also extend his arms further. His symbiont "Purgatory" will sometimes expose itself by creating addition limbs that come out of Shin's body - these limbs act as shields for Shin, as they block surprise attacks or dangerous projectiles. Purgatory is unable to reveal it's Spectre form, being fused permantly with Shin's body - prior to this, Purgatory has no real personalty or free-will. Shin uses a baseball bat as a melee weapon as an alternative for his shapeshifting hands.


Other characters

- Hikaru Shinigami -
A kind-hearted yet timid girl who is one of Shin's classmates. Her quiet nature often causes her to be unnoticed by many.

- Kyou Miyafuji -
A hyperactive, upbeat young boy who is one of Shin's friends. He has a very effeminate posture and personalty, often giving the misimpression of being a girl. He commonly attracts majority of his male classmates for his appearence (even Shin thought he was a girl). His hobbies consist of singing pop music.

- Junsuke Tatsumi -
The slacker of Shin's class. Rarely seen working, he often spends his classtime sleeping. He almost always yawns at the end of every statement or sentence he makes.

- Van Alighieri -
A sadistic but somewhat chivalrous young man. There is nothing else known about him at this time. Whether the fact that he is an enemy or ally is totally unknown.

- Prophet -
A scientist who seems to know about the nature of symbionts, as well as other numerous things. He is currently visiting Kuromasu. He is consider senile and dangerous in rumors.

Makizaf used to be a quiet shy lad, until he was infected. The symbiont took over his body everywhere except the brain. This means Makizaf can think for himself, but the rest of his body has been mutated. He has enhanced muscles, which he uses to send oppenents flying several feet into the air. If he needs to make a getaway for any reason, he grows wings similar to that of insect wings and will fly away at amazing speeds.

Melanie had moved to Kuromasu from France a month after the Symbiont had infected her parent's bodies. She does have a slight French accent, but it is barely noticeable. The Symbiont has yet to infect Melanie, but she does know quite a bit about it thanks to her parents being infected by it and living with them for a whole month.

When it comes to the Symbiont, it is named Death. This gives her supernatural speed, inhuman strength, and the ability to heal minor injuries faster than normal. These are all pluses in Melanie's eyes. The only negative would be the lowered stamina. In a battle against another infected with the Symbiont, if the lowered stamina were to come into effect, Melanie would lose instantly. She uses hand-to-hand combat typically instead of weapons like others.

Cliff was the star of his high school soccer team and would've gone on to be captain his senior year until it came. He had been bitten by a bug during a match but shrugged it off. As the days passed it swelled and swelled but he made no effort on it. Then on the day of the massive outbreak he got home and saw his mom and dad dead, eaten alive. He was sad but he was fueld with anger, his swelling went down quickly but he started to mutate. His hair grew out, his face changed, and he grew to be about 50ft high. He demolished everything around him. But as quickly as his anger came, it left as fast. His rage disappeared and his sadness kciked in. He heard of the deaths of his other family members besides his Uncle and Cousin. He has since taken control of his power besides the outbursts. He plans to go to the Survivors Camp and help them test him out.

Charisma is just a normal teenager until he got infected.. In a dodgeball game he noticed that things seem to slow down to him and his reflexes were incredible.His hands have very tiny small hair that stick to anyday he would hold them on and he can do things like jump off walls and stand upside down on a roof. He could sense things coming towards him as if it was a 6th sense. He retains a normal look and actaully accepts the fact that if he dies then have some fun with his abilities before his times comes.

^^ You know - with the exception of some of my minor characters - no one here actually used a japanese name nor anything close to it. And besides the story takes place in Japan, what do you expect?

Anyways, surprised to see this many people joining.. Obviously, we're able to start now. The prologue takes place prior to the events of the symbiont invasion - meaning that NO ONE should be infected during this point, they will get infected later on as the story progresses.

Far away in the universe, an incoming unknown object travelling at the speed of light is heading straight for Earth.

Classroom, Room Number 1432.
A young boy wearing a typical school uniform, wearing a baseball cap backwards is sitting in the far back of the room, with his head leaning down on his arm as he looks out the window. Shinwa Seong, age 16. He is a transfer student who immigranted from South Korea. Shinwa-... Teacher-*reading out a text book, mouthing out words* Shin-(The teacher seems to be reading a book to the class. Although at this point, no one seems to be able to hear what exactly he's saying. Or more specifically, no one really cares.. I don't.) *sighs* Aah.. (Things have been getting quite boring around here in this city. It was nothing like back home.. But.. I can't say Seoul was any better. With all the ongoing and bizzare murder crimes going on.. Kuromasu seems like the safest place to live in.) ... *yawns out loudly* Ugh.. Teacher-... Seong-san? Care to translate this paragraph for us? Shinwa-... *picks up a text book which was lying flat on his desk, then quickly looks through the pages* ... ... ... Teacher-... What's wrong? Shinwa-... Lion is a bright young man, with a genius-like I.Q. All though, with all his intellect, he wastes it, not ever trying in school, ever since his mom was killed in an accident and he had to move to Japan with his younger sister. He's quiet most of the time and likes to outwit anyone at any given time at anything, which gives him love for games like Chess and Go. Most girls think he's dark and mysterious, so they all fall for him, much to Lion's dislike. He doesn't like desperate girls very much and usually loses his cool when a group of them surrounds him, giggling like school girls do. He also hates explaining things more then one time. He has little-to-no physical abilities. He can't run 10 yards without bending over, panting. He has no stamina at all and he's no good at sports, so he usually skips gym class. This is why he has no fighting strengths even after getting his Symbiont. In basic terms, he's the your usual slacker, but he has alot of potential. He is very defensive when it comes to Nataly.

Childhood friend of Lion. He moved from Japan to where Lion lived. He stayed there with Senel, Lion's older brother. These two are planning to move to Japan and find Lion after they get enough funds. You'll get to know him and Senel when they come in later in the story.

Lion's older brother, who stayed behind after their mom died and Lion and Nataly moved to Japan, with Suzaku. These two are planning to move to Japan and find Lion after they get enough funds. You'll get to know him and Suzaku when they come in later in the story.

-Ashley Mirozaku-
Classmate of Lion, she has a huge crush on him, and actually loves him, unlike the other, stalker girls. She has trouble getting his attention and getting him alone, because all the groupies. She's best friends with Mai and frequently comes over to the house, seeing Lion. She plans on revealing her feelings to him soon, when she comes over to Mai's house and can catch him alone.

-Mai Korogi-
Daughter of Lion's Mother's best friend. Lion lives in her house with Nataly and her other siblings. Best friend of Ashley, she dislikes slackers, so she's always lecturing Lion to always do his best. She's athletic and tries to get Lion in shape, as well, also disliking lazy-physical people. She basicly dislikes most of Lion's characteristics, in general.

American transfer student, he's Lelouch's best friend. He's a goofy kid, the complete opposite of Lelouch. People wonder how these guys are best friends...)

Shinwa-... One of the students reads from the book to the teacher. Shinwa-... *thinking to himself* Just another typical day.. After a long period of time, the bell rings.

Leaving school.
Several students are walking away from the school. Shinwa is seen walking alone, away from most of the other students. He appears to be reading a book. Shinwa-... Suddenly a large student purposely stops in front of Shinwa. Shinwa-*bumps into the student* Ah..! *walks back, noticing the student* Huh? Oh, oops! Sorry about that. Several students surround Shinwa. Shinwa-..?! *looks around* E-eer.. Student 1-Hey! Zainichi! Shinwa-*looks at the student* What? And don't call me that! Student 1-We're pretty short on cash here.. Got any spare change? Shinwa-Sorry, I don't have any money with me.. Student 1-Is that so? Student 2-*quickly snatches the book from Shinwa* Hey, hey! What you readin, zainichi?! Didn't know you were able to read! Shinwa-!! H-hey! Wait a minute, don't loo-- Suddenly a comic falls out. There appears to be a woman on the front cover in a bondage. Shinwa-... *sweatdrops* U-uh.. Student 2-What the hell's this? *picks the comic up, then looks at it, giving it a rather surprised glare* .. I-Is this?! *flips through the pages* Ero..?! This other girl is named Kira Ariksoria and she is Melanie's best friend. Melanie: *notices someone that looks like Shinwa and other people from the school* Hey.. isn't that.. Shinwa? Kira: *nods* Yup. It looks a lot like him. *runs over to the large crowd* Melanie: Kira! Wait up! *follows*

A young american with short blonde hair and bright blue eyes and about 5'9'' running ahead of two young women, one having long, light brown hair in a ponytail and brown eyes, and another with dark black hair, let loose, and having bright green eyes, all three are wearing the school uniform. Stan-Hey, guys! Hurry up! I wanna get to the rides before any long lines starts to form! >_< Ashley (one with brown hair)-*sighs* Geez, Stan! You're so hyper, all the time! It gets kind of annoying.. Stan-*looks back at Ashley and sticks tongue out at her* Neener, neener, neener, bleh! Ashley-... Mai-*sweatdrops* ... Shinwa-*sitting down, with his arm leaning down on his knee* Jeez.. *looks at ????* Hey! I have to ap- ????-... *quickly gets up* Sorry! Please forgive me! *runs away, going through the crowd of students and dissapearing* Shinwa-...? ?????-HEY!! YOU!! Shinwa-?! Huh?! The large student from earlier suddenly charges through the crowd and encounters Shinwa. Student 1-H-hey! It's Mitsuru! Mitsuru-You son of a b!tch!! *grabs Shinwa by the collar, then shakes him back and forth* Shinwa-!! Gah! Hey, let go of me! Mitsuru-Remember me, punk?! Thanks to you, me and my buds have been suspended!! And do you have any idea what embarassment you put us into!? >_< Shinwa-H-hey.. Take it easy. I don't want any trouble! I just wanna go home now! The third happens to be a boy in a obese build, with blonde hair that's blocking his eye sights. His face looks like that of a pig's. His attire consists of yellow overalls and a blue jean.
