I remember the good old days when emulating SNES was awesome, but those days have passed! (well no they haven't, I installed UBUNTU on my ps3 to try and get some Megadrive/SNES roms working they way they should! on a console with a controller)
Anyway, anyone emulate PS2 games on their PC properly? I can get games running by mounting the ISO, but they're just so unstable, FFX crashes at a certain point at the start when Tidus and what's his scarface are talking, can't seem to sort it.

****! I know you can install operating systems but that's plain genius. I might try it.
You know, the original PS3s came with PS2 hardware which is what made it almost completely compatible with all PS2 software. That was removed and a software emulator was added. This is practically the next best thing to that after installing a different OS.

One slight problem i came into is that you have only 2 usb ports, taken up by keyboard and mouse, but probably can get a USB hub and transfer data via usb stick. I'll try it further over xmas and report back! :P

It does have Bluetooth capabilities. How about trying to work it through in that manner? I believe there are Bluetooth computer devices available in the market; plenty of computers support that option nowadays.
Like I mentioned in another post, the lack of USB and media ports on these new version in comparison to the 60GB version is outrageous.

Im pretty sure it has good support for bluetooth devices too.
I've heard the the PSP can emulate SNES / Megadrive games quite well
