Who would win? I think Goku would win only since at the end of each fight in DBZ, he would barely be alive and somehow win in the end. Where as Superman never had anyone matched up to him so if he had to all of a sudden fight someone who was, he would lose.

I can tell you, Superman and everyone else fight for 20 minutes. Goku shows up and theyfight for a bit, eventually either piccolo or vegeta would show up and they think theyre gonna win. Superman then transforms into a stronger form and vegeta and pick distract him while goku charges a sprit bomb. Sound Familiar?

Superman may have all the powers you can want, but he does not believe in killing anyone. Goku on the other hand couldn't give a flying sh*t and so would pwn Superman.

Also, Superman's weakness is Kryptonite. Goku would simply gather all the Dragonballs and wish for some Kryptonite. Goku would use the Kryptonite to take away Superman's powers, then just pwn him.

I give this one to Superman, reason 1 is that he is stronger than Goku physically. And if you recall correctly, it takes someone stronger to really hurt Superman, in that case, the only one that comes to mind is Doomsday, and he is immortal. Goku is not immortal, so as long as Superman doesn't get near kryptonite, Goku would not be able to kill him without help.

Well, to be honest, we really don't know the total strengths of each one. I remember I saw a listing though, that Superman for a long time had powers and strength in what they called the cosmic range, but then it dropped to just superpowers.

And they are both strong, both can fly, and both have powers that the other doesnt which makes it kind of even, the only thing is that Goku is quicker. He can teleport all over the place and completly destroy Superman that way and Superman would have no idea where he would come from next.

I just looked that up, and apparantly in some comic books there is a Cosmic Superman, and Superman Prime. Both are gold in color, but Superman Prime has absorbed the energy of the sun for thousands of years. Take a look:

Both have golden skin and power way beyond that of ordinary Superman.

Who would take it, the Kryptonian (Galactus' power infused Superman herald) or Superman Prime, who sat in the sun for thousands of years absorbing energy?

Well in the issue when galactus turned superman into the cosmic superman reed richards stated that superman was the 2nd most powerful being in the universe 2n only to galactus.

So I guess if it came down to that, Superman would kill Goku quite fast with those kind of powers. You can search google images for cosmic superman, and superman prime

Thought I would add this link in too. It has some good info of Prime Superman. Apparently he survived a universe destroying blast, so I think he would beat Goku.

I mean it is only a video game. Maybe one person is good and the other not so much. Plus how many DBZ fights or Superman fights have you seen stay in such a small area? Fighting in wide open space could change a lot.

The Z fighters can always protect Goku while he makes a Spirit Bomb. And only a few members of the Justice League have really good powers and those are the ones that the comics and show are based off of. The rest of them probably just have little lame powers.

It's Goku and let me tell you why.

As you all know, Freiza was powerful enough to destroy a planet in a single attack. Goku, and Future Trunks, managed to beat Freiza by going only super saiyan. At the end of DBGT, Goku had the ability to go super saiyan 4, which is astronomically more powerful then just simply going super saiyan. Now no one in the Justice League, not even Superman, has the power to destroy an entire planet on their own. Don't get me wrong. I love Superman and the rest of the Justice League and they are by no means weak but the "Z fighters" are far more powerful.

Now honestly this is a really difficult debate to have because Goku and Superman live in two completely different universes(cartoons) and any argument could be viewed as correct, but if you compare what they have done in their respective cartoons, which is really the only way you could compare, Goku has this one wrapped up.

Actually the people who actually make, direct, and produce the cartoon drag it out to make the cartoon itself longer. Goku, in reality, can power up to any level of super saiyan with very little effort and instantly as he demonstrated for majin buu and babidi right before he went super saiyan three.

Sure his power has been tested. In his cartoon's or movie's of course. It'd be impossible to test or see what his true power is other what we have seen already. To say he his more powerful then Goku is pure speculation given the facts. None of Supermans enemies were ever strong enough to destroy an entire planet to my knowledge. Not even Doomsday or Braniac
