Anybody downloaded it yet? I hear its the best so far and the biggest. I'm thinking about getting it but since The Pitt....well you know how that goes.

I would say that the first two pieces of DLC are not that great. Their average, very average. The third piece though is pretty sweet. It adds so much more to the game by raising the level cap to 30, new perks, new random events, characters, weapons and quests. I recommend it. It's called "Broken Steel". Now the one I'm talking about, Point Lookout, I do not own personally but I've heard that its better thenBroken Steel which was worth 10$. I would say go with Broken Steel first and if you like that get Point Lookout. And then f you have some extra money get Anchorage because it has some sweet goodies at the end. The Pitt....well you can go without that one but if you are a diehard Fallout 3 fan like me, go ahead and grab it too. Also, one final thing, the fifth and final piece of DLC is due at next month and is titled "Mothership Zeta".

^ I have to agree. Broken steal is the best so far.
I doubt I'll be getting point lookout. Its just enimies Re-Skinned for starters. Will wait and see what Mothership Zeta brings. Maybe it'll tie in somhow with the ailien blaster found at the downed UFO? More ammo for that gun would be handy lol

Haha! Yeah, I wasn't very conservative on my ammo for the blaster! I sometimes will find a couple of rounds on a body or something but that's rare.
Mothership Zeta would be awesome if they would raise the cap just 10 more levels..

Whoa, whoa.. Hang on a sec here, the level cap at 30 is fine. There's no need to exceed it again, especially since majority of the remaining perks you're left with is most likely useless.. and I can't exactly say that the new added perks thay gave you in Broken Steel was useful. Personally I'd perfer more interesting quests and rewarded perks, as well as more intense firefights and battles alongside a vast range of cooler enemies. Having more unique weapons wouldn't hurt too. Would be nice if they decided to put in the cut Cyrolator in an upcoming DLC.
Anyways, speaking about DLC.. Point Lookout? I got it yesterday and I finished the main quest. There's a still a fair amount left to do, so I guess it definitely worth the $10. The DLC pretty much adds a new playground in your Fallout, so it's not a bad deal. But I suggest people get Broken Steel before they get Point Lookout.
I'm gunna be honest - Broken Steel was surprisingly boring, at least in the main quest. The only thing so far that seemed cool in the DLC was the increased level cap and the Tesla Cannon as well as the newer, tougher enemies (with the exception of the Ghoul Reavers). I was hoping for some epic fight at the end, or some dramatic awesome scene.. I dunno. Broken Steel was good, but.. the main quest was so lacking.

The Pitt was the boringnest DLC I ever bought. I found Wherner guy and was all excited thenI got to Midea and was like whhhaat. I beat The Pitt and didnt even get nothing good from it. Garbage to me that DLC was. I havent bought a Fallout since then.

Well I think we can all agree that none of the DLC has been "Shivering Isles" or anything special. They all seem a bit rushed but I think Broken Steel was acceptable...

Mothership Zeta is the latest DLC for F3 and that apparently isn't any better. I think F3 is a little long in the tooth now. Roll on F4!

Nah, Fallout 4 still got a long way. Probably come out somewhere in the year 2012. *cough*
Anyways, there's New Vegas though!
It kinda sucks that Mothership Zeta's the last DLC.

I thought that 3 batches of DLC was enough in the first place. I agree with Lee, F3 has lost its luster since its been out for a year now.
