For my yearly visit, I bring you a way to get free stuff!

Because helping each other makes the world go round.

My friend Cody has been taunting me with these amazon vouchers he's been getting, and it's starting to piss me off. There's only so many "HEY I JUST BOUGHT X OFF AMAZON FOR LIKE, NO MONEY" you can take; and now I want in.

Put simply, the site he's using gives you virtual credit for using it's search engine, in replacement of your regular (if you're using Firefox it's as simple as changing the searching app in the top-right, which the site will help you with). You trade in said credit for vouchers and other stuff, some of which goes at some pretty low prices.

From what I understand, if you sign up through a referral, we get a boost to the amount of credits you get for searching, or you finding stuff helps me find stuff and so on.

In theory, having a large number of people go through a referral means lots of free stuff for everyone involved, so why not?

Sign up through that. When you sign up, post your referral here also, so everyone can sign up and get bonuses. Finally getting stuff off Amazon feels a little cheaper...

Believe it or not, this site is legit. The best way I see is to "buy" a ton of Amazon vouchers and get free stuff with them.

Check it out.

I know you said it is legit but it doesnt sound like it. I mean, whats the catch? Taxes or shipping, anything? How does this site make their money?

Nah, there's no catch. All you have to do is use their search engine.

It really does work. Yeah, the stuff is a little overpriced, but the secret is to farm Amazon gift cards. Most affordable and actually worth it.

Easy way to put it: You search with it, you randomly win one "swagbuck".
If you're really freaking lazy they have browser addons [like in Firefox, you can get a Swagbucks plugin for that]

just like

search something five times, then return an hour later
you'll probably get a swagbuck or two

or sometimes five

sorry, it's against my religion. as quoted by the first three commandments

# Thou shalt have no other Search Engine before me, neither Yahoo nor Lycos, AltaVista nor Metacrawler. Thou shalt worship only me, and come to Google only for answers.

# Thou shalt not build thy own commercial-free Search Engine, for I am a jealous Engine, bringing law suits and plagues against the fathers of the children unto the third and fourth generations.

# Thou shalt not use Google as a verb to mean the use of any lesser Search Engine.

for my full name, I just put in Vipershark. :p
It accepted it.

also, Forsaken, the results are straight from google anyway. :p
Think of it as a sort of "proxy" search engine, y'know?

edit- Also, you don't have to put in your address straight away. I think they only need it one you choose to redeem something.
If you don't put your real name in, the only information they can gather is your zip code, which is so general of an area that it doesn't matter.

which for me to use such things... violates commandment number 1
