And, Im not sure, but I think you can reply to closed threads without having to re-open them if they are in your forum...

yeah u can only use the admin options on ur own forum that u mod, not on any others...
this means u hav complete control over it.....but not over security and above all the admins, who can do wot ever they like 2 ur forum...sorry but thats the way it goes, happy moddin' :)
