How 2 See your Ping and FPS


To see your Ping and FPS press the button next to the number 1, which is ~, then in the top left corner it should say Command> then type is FPS, then ENTER. Be warned that you can't move your person while the Command> is open. Press Esc to close it.


5 Stars on every mission

Hex Codes
Savegames format

Minimum requirements: brains, patience, hex editor, some knowledge about hex editing.
Recommended: Hex Workshop 3.02

1. Play game for some time until you get a few weapons and some ammo for them
2. Save game (F6 for quick save)
3. Don't do anything, just stay still and write ammo counts for some weapon to somewhere (in your memory preferably, i assume you CAN member two numbers)
4. Exit Game or ALT-TAB out of the game <--i did this
5. Open the latest savegame in your hex editor and open up "search dialog"
6. Now comes the hard part: you must build the search string using this method:

Ammo currently in your gun

Start the search. Usually only 1 result comes up, unless you had same amount of ammo and reserve in some other weapon.

Now you may see something like this:

640000001304FF000000

In this case, you would have 100 rounds in the gun and 255 rounds in the reserve, get it? Edit numbers to whatever you wish, save and get back to game. Both the current ammo and reserve ammo are saved as float (4 bytes), and
by replacing string before "1304" with "FFFFFFFF" you get unlimited "clip" or reserve to your weapon. This can be especially fun when combined with certain weapons, example would be Personal ion cannon which produces "Death Ray".


Enable Cheat Options
Press ` key (under Esc) to open up the console. Then type 'extras fnkqrrm' to enable cheat options.


Extra units in multi-player mode
Platform: PC
Code: 16726

In multi-player mode, you can get extra units for characters and vehicles by pressing [F8] and typing extras fnkqrrm. The message "Extras enabled" will confirm correct code entry. Go to the Purchase Terminal and hold [Alt] the entire time that you are looking for something to buy. There should be four new characters and two new vehicles. Note: You will only see the new units. Release [Alt] to see the normal units.


Unlimited skirmish mode time

Use a text editor to edit the "svrcfg_skirmish.ini" file in the "\westwood\renegade\data" directory. Change the "gametime" value to zero to remove the time limit. You can also edit the amount of staring money.

but I have an question for the C&C Renegade players:

I'm in an mission on an boat were you have to free some prisoners but first you must find 3 keycards 1 green 2 red 3 the submarine keycard and that card I cant find so would you please tell me where that is????

hi sorry i havent ritten i have been bissy with exams. ok i have got the game but it already looks like that u have got the cheats for it have u played on line yet.

I dont play C&C online caus my parents dont want me to play games online kinda strange but I'm fine with the game offline but still I want to know how I can get through that other level after that one on that ship it's in an town and you have lot's of allies in it and you have to help hotwire and gunner ya know what I mean I hope.

thats to bad for playing just warhammer nog 40k I like it tomorrow I gonna play 2 against 2 with someone else who plays Ultra marines and we gonna battle against Eldar and Orcs!!! and we gonna kick their F*CKIN ASSES with our tanks and devastators!!!

but have you some good ideas to paint my army good???
with lots of colours I dont have that much colours but I can buy some got blue ink today and put it on my marines!!! got about 1500 points now all I have to do is paint my landraider and I'm finished!!!

well its realy simple just blow up all the bad side and u normaly no what to do, but if u r really stuck u can read what the mission breifing has got to say, u can pause the game and check the messages, then u should be able to fly throw it
and try getting on the net with out ur parents nowing if they ask just say you are playing against the computer they cant tell a thing
