Why does Heroes 3 quit whenever i agree to the licence agreement

I tried it about 100 times now, about 10 of those when i read the whole agreement and it didn't work even once. Can you please tell me what you have to do so the setup doesn't quit whenever i press Yes to the licence agreement

0]Try pressing no, ;)

1]Or completly erase every trace of the game off the computer, if there is any, wipe the disk clean with a tisue and then try.

2]Once you press yes and it quits, press CTRL + ALT + DELETE and a little box'll come up, look at the first 3 names on the box, and if the name of the games there, press cancel and just leave the computer for a while (15 mins) and then go back and hopefully it'll load up..

3]get your money back ( if you have the reciept)

yay i figured out how to solve that (not enough memory hahhahahahaha)nooooo...now there is a _ins5576 error...the troubleshooting says close all programs except explorer and systray, but i don't have systray it the task manager...can anyone help

that normally means that your sistem has not got something in it to run the game properly i really think u have got to upgrade your computer,
really the best thing u can do is try playing around with all the settings and if it still doesnt work take it back to the shop and tell them about it and off course if they say they cant help u get ur money back
