Golden Sun: HELP!!! Babi Lighthouse ruins

Ok, here's the deal. I can't get past this part on Golden Sun. I'm soooo frusterated. It's the Babi Lighthouse Ruins (the Tunnel Ruins). The room i can't figure out what to do at is the room first room.... it has a bunch of little cricles on the ground (i can walk right over them) and a statue of a lady with a red glowing stone on her chest. She has one hand on top of the other (on the floor, so you can stand on them). Are you starting to ge the pic where i am? Anyways, one of those circle things is centered in front of her (and it's glowing white). When you stand in the statue's hands and press "A", it says: "The statue speaks to Isaac's soul... Ye who seek to climb Venus Lighthouse must seek the lady's leave. Then the way shall open. The lady will keep safe at her feet the place that you seek as she awaits your arrival." I kind know what that means. But... i still tried everything. I even plyed like, everywhere. What in the world am i supposed to do? (Sorry if i don't make any sense. I'm not very good at explaining/ describing.) Thanx! -Spark

that statue does nothing u just need to go down to the bottom of the screen and go through to other rooms doing lil things and eventully get to this plase where u can take a lift up to the roff where those bad guys are doin things ( beware train before u verse them they are really hard
